YOU got mad at TOMM probably one of the nicest and friendliest person on the server and that video alone is subject to get banned cause you were being racist. I was deployed back early this year and was overseas for 6 months. In that time my mental health was getting really bad and has followed through to this day. The server not really as a staff member as given me a lot of stress from drama and what not. I just feel like taking a break will hopefully get rid of a lot of the bad blood I have on the server. Farewells: So first comes first for farewells would be to @Shockpoint. You recruited me at the beginning and mentored me how to be a great staff member on the server. You showed me the ropes and it really made a difference at the first interaction. Now time for @Bud you helped me understand more as a new staff member to the server and really showed me how to be better in a whole in our few interactions. I really appreciate the fun times you gave me on the server. @Gadget same for you as with Bud. You taught me a lot of things about Synergy and I appreciate it dearly. @Shake I appreciate you as well. Every time I had a question about staff related issue you would always be there to answer it.

Per our conversation I am going to +1 until given a reason to either change my answer or like stated step out of the 21st and try something new.

HUGE +1 to this man right here. He is the best choice no doubt for Bacara. I have been active since the transition with Claw leaving and Jaydon truly has stepped up to the plate to fill in. Editing my answer once again, but this is the final time. We had a previous conversation and I meant to change it that day, but forgot until today. I am changing a +1 to see how he would do as Bacara and I would be willing to standby his side as a 21st member from here until proven otherwise.

I am usually on if I work from 4pm - 11pm and later in the night is usually when nothing is going on. Other then hosting events I want to be able to help new players and veteran players alike. Being that we have high numbers of players most of the day it would be ideal with how active I am to be able to be an Admin and help. If I am able to work my way to be a GM hosting encounters/events during the night will keep our players base at a high amount and possibly would make new people want to stay on the server. If I can't make it to being a GM then I most definitely want to work my way to being a Senior Admin due to my battalion not having staff members anymore it would be great to be able to host sims for my battalion. Also just in general want to help make every players time on the server more fun and more welcoming to keep those who play on and by making the news stay. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am 20 years old and I am currently enlisted in the Air Force. I am from Tennessee originally but I am now stationed in Virginia while I do my active duty contract, but I plan on staying in the military as long as possible. I played Synergy way back when it first started up and came back about 2-3 weeks ago and can't seem to stay off the server when I am on my computer. I have been gaming for over 11 years on PC and I am glad to say that I get to spend some of that time here on Synergy! Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: I have plenty of staff experience in my several thousand hours on GMOD. I have been a server Owner and Co-Owner at one point. I have also worked my way to be a Staff Manager and Community Director managing the forums, TS, discord, and etc. I was also Head-Admin on Icefuse when it first started up, but left due to a situation at the time. I was also an Admin on Icefuse MilitaryRP for a while and once again had to resign due to family issues. Nonetheless I have been staff on many other servers that aren't well known and are probably no longer around. I have gone from Trial-Mod all the way to Director many times, but lots of servers didn't last through my time on there because of issues the owners were facing or selling servers to other people. How many hours of in game time do you currently have on our Clone Wars server?: 78 hours and increasing no doubt.

I am not giving this a +1 or a -1 simply because I have not really been in the 21st but for these past 2 weeks so I am staying unbiased as possible. To elaborate on what has been said above about Claw's inactivity though. I can vogue and personally agree for this week because I wasn't working this week,so I was on the times Claw normally should be on for his timezone. Every time Claw was on the server he was either playing Roblox with other individuals from what he said or just AFK doing "other stuff" not sure what that is but I do not know what Claw does all the time. When we had events or encounters when he is on he was not there leading us or helping or even watching to see how we were preforming to truly make any changes. He also from what I have seen has barely trained anyone and you can't credit a lot of people joining the 21st to JUST him. If anything the large amount of people joining is from the NCOs and Officers actively holding tryouts to obtain new individuals. To reiterate though I am NOT giving this a +1 or -1 just here to enlighten some info from someone who has been on and very active these past weeks.
