+1 I saw him at his lowest point as a pokemon porn addict and to see him now as yoda has been great. he's a good guy who knows what he's doing and he should be able to continue improving the jedi as he has been for the past while.

Saying that there have been no conflicts as of right now as a reason to not have an reg doesn't really make sense. People are people no matter the situation and there are always inevitably going to be issues between them. What if the issue arises between the squad lead and a member of the team? The purpose of the reg is to help everything move along well within their regiment and I know for a fact that Washington will do a good job of this. Just saying "there have been no issues we haven't been able to deal with" is not a good reason to not have a reg because maybe there hasn't been an issue yet with the current SOBDE roster, but there sure as hell have been issues in the past that were helped or could've been helped with an unbiased and fair third person who had the authority to sort the issue out. The position isn't useless and SOBDE isn't so super special that it wouldn't benefit from a regimental commander. I have known Washington for years at this point and he is capable and qualified for the position. He is well aware of how to handle people and how to bring people/groups to their full potential. I have full faith in the fact that he will be fair, unbiased, and hard-working in his term as a regimental commander and I know that he will dedicate himself to trying his best, to not only improve the squads as a whole, but the individuals that make them up. +1

+1 I've known Spooky for close to a year now, and to say he has matured a little is an understatement. Back when I first knew him, to be honest, he was an annoying squeaker. But in the following months, he proved to me that he was more than that. As a 327th officer, he was dedicated and stuck with it past when everyone else had left and really showed what a good leader he could be. After we were removed I left for a few months and came back to see Spooky as my LS commander in 91st. While under him there he showed me how he could really bring more fun to everyone around him both while RPing and while screwing around in TS. Finally, Spooky has been our Null outreach for 327th and he has been by far the best one I've worked with. He is actually ACTIVE with the battalion and really helps out with managing and teaching the troops when he's around. I believe he is more than capable of handling the position of Gregor, good luck Spooky.

Tristan has unmatched dedication and love for the 327th as a whole. For as long as I was with it, he was there 5x longer. During my time as an officer/CMD/BCMD within the 327th, he was always there for me with good and advice and much-needed guidance. A truly well-deserved +1 from me.
