Hey so to address this I was approached by Antanoff that you were harassing him by pinging him everywhere and sending inappropriate DMs even when asked to stop. I sent you a message and said to please leave him alone you then doubled down and started DMing him even more which is why you were banned. For reference, you also found person pics of him sent them to him and began to insult him for the way he looks after. To my knowlege from how he talked to me about it yall aren't friends the way you think you are he wanted to be left alone and you kept pushing, which is the reason you are banned. Unless Antanoff states otherwise its going to stick as a 1 month ban.

Hi Dan, in regards to your appeal this isn’t the first time you have been banned for racist remarks and inappropriate statements made against people in the community. I think you should take the time to wait out your ban and come back when you stop repeating this cycle of being unbanned being good for a week then being banned. Hey bro, it’s time to give my input. I was one of the people who dealt with this situation so I’ll give my side of things I’ve been in the community for a long time and I’ve been in the high staff team for over two years. One of our key values as a community is protect the community members inside of the community. It’s very apparent that what you said, obviously didn’t sit right with members of the community and is our job to ensure that our community members, Especially our younger members of the community aren’t being exposed to things that are not appropriate. With that being said telling someone that you were going to do inappropriate things to them and then also telling them to kill themselves, especially in open team speak channels is a huge problem. I will say that I think you’ve been very understanding and able to take responsibility for what you said which I genuinely appreciate, but we have banned people before for less for the exact same amount of time. Also to those saying that they feel like this was a revenge report I will respond and say the nature of the report doesn’t change how we handle the report if this is a problem where an individual feels targeted in any way shape or form the high staff team are happy to investigate it. I’m going to end with I don’t mind if it gets reduced, but I think it is extremely early to really decide if it should be reduced. I genuinely think that you should wait a little over a week and then speak to an HA plus regarding reducing your ban.

Um tbh I think the TR chat in the staff discord isn't used that often unless you are a TRO+. I think there is a problem with TRs not being on the same level as staff in regards to training CRs. I would love to have a TR chat or something similar ingame but personally that is about as far as I would go. Also there are like close to 100 people who are TR trained and not staff so that a lot of people in one channel only
