Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): The siege was deployed on main server Endor for a nice little event. Basically the CIS took over the village and reinforced the entirety of Endor making it impossible to operate normally.

Pretty decent shoot-'em-up event, could see that cave-in coming from a mile away but it was a good set piece. Wish I could have seen that turbolaser coming too! I did feel like the frigate went down too easily, especially considering the fact that this Tac Droid actually shit talk the Republic about its destructive capabilities. Droids had decent health with nice variation of challenge. Performance obviously had hiccups.
I really appreciate the true honesty within your rating. I will say as solo hosting the event I had a lot more planned to make it more difficult but that's just being non-prepared.

Although I believe the other applicant is a better choice, I see no wrong in giving you a shot. I had some personal 1on1's with you in the past. You seem really confident in your ability for 501st, so if you do get I won't have a doubt on you.

I am going to say it here since it's the most relevant to allow others to know. Anyways, from my experience with Rancor, I have not seen a lot of activity and if I did it was that the few 3 days when you got 4 recruits in one day and after that back to semi-active battalion. Also, the interest in the battalion for others has been dropping steadily over the past weeks / months. You constantly repeat yourself saying there are no issues but yet, I hear and see different. Example: Someone that I know left their current battalion to try out Rancor instantly came back 3 days later saying it was a mistake. Was an uncomfortable, non-welcoming experience.
It seems you are either oblivious to the issues or just not knowledgeable of them.
So, my point is, if you are going to run for BCMD you need to see and understand the issues that are in your battalion, if you can't do that then I don't think you're fit for BCMD.
