  1. 4/4 This is easily one of the best deployments I have been apart of for a long time now. You managed to combine Armoured, Aerial, and Infantry assets perfectly for a brilliant Combined Arms assault, something we rarely see these days. Add that in with giving Engineers and Medics a much larger role that they normally would have, utilising their specialities to keep the event going, members of both branches love you for that. You guys outdid yourselves with this deployment, and like Butters said it truly did feel like a Clone Wars episode out there, we truly do appreciate you doing this for us, and I hope to be apart of more of your events in the future.
  2. +1 No question. I have known Rohan for quite some time now, and honestly there are few others better than him for the position. He is dedicated to his Battalion and his friends, and is one of the hardest workers I have seen, each time he gets knocked down he just gets back up and pushes on. He is a good friend, and one of the few individuals on the server I confide in. I truly do believe he will be an amazing Rex and bring the 501st even more glory. That's all from me, good luck mate.

Can I have an example of this? Currently yet to see them: A. Hit shit B. Kill shit C. Become the 3rd Death Star Even when in mass use.
  4. I too would like to meet @Rohan if given the opportunity. One of my oldest friends I still talk to ever since I sold my soul to CWRP, and a real lad. Part form him though: @Jinks @40Ninjaman @Setogaya @Diplo @Qwekan Cyan, Frank, and Diplo (All from DU, can't find their profiles). All part of the boys. That was the short list, could probably come up with more names given more time, but this should be fine for now.
  5. 0/4 Most of these points have already been made, but yeah. Moving troopers with a physgun for trying to leave or to spawn droids behind them, holding my troopers hostage for a mistake made by ONE person, 0 cover against perfect accuracy and high HP droids, EC with too much health the two-shot shotgun and E5s, and whoever was Jar Jar was just acting stupid in refusing to leave the underwater base when told to by troopers, leading us to having to threaten him to get him to move. This does not even cover the random droids being spawned around the base, or the LAAT rides that last two seconds. Now with that rant over, there was no meaningful RP, a reason for why we were deployed, Battalions and specializations were misused (Why Jedi were banned idfk), and overall was poorly executed. Much like Kojak I hope you learn from this, and improve your future events.
  6. I don't see the newest Stud Blaster with shooting action, fat -1. (jk +1, gonna be fun to blast kids with lego guns)
  7. Trixx, I am serious when I say this... Out of the many BCMDs I have been with since starting with CWRP you have by far been the best, and the one I will always remember. You have been like an online Father in ways (if that makes sense and doesn't sound cringe), you have always been there to help me out when things got bad and you served as a mentor to not only myself but to the entirety of DU, helping us become better people in many ways. Also you gave me a chance to improve and better myself in DU rather than just dump me for a shiny new Officer like all my previous BCMDs every time I stuffed something up. These facts earned you my loyalty long ago, and I don't know if you feel the same way, but I will always consider you my friend. Admittedly I was a bit scared when you got Doom last year that DU would be devoid of anything fun, as all I had seen of you until that point was the terrifying XO Brimstone who made Troopers shit themselves when he turned to look at them. How wrong I was about that (Not the part about you being terrifying though, that will always be true). You have made DU the best it could be through so much hard work and bs from other people, no one can deny that fact, and it has been an absolute honour to be here for your time as both Brimstone and Doom. You leaving is a MASSIVE hit for DU, and much like Vertical said seeing you go is sadder than you could imagine. (I can't think of much else to say as everything else sounds kinda cheesy, so I'll start cutting it off here). You will always be remembered by myself and the rest of DU, and wherever you go, we wish you the best of luck in both life and Synergy o7, Forever my Doom. P.S Please don't catch Coronavirus, be safe. P.P.S I totally didn't cry when I heard you were leaving, some shrapnel just got in my eye.
  8. +1 As ENGL I may be biased here, but I believe this will add to Engineers being utilized more often during events such as deployments when we need to hold down and defend locations, or provide fire support without fear of dying and losing the turret. Also helps Staff and GMs since we wouldn't have to constantly bug them to spawn one in for us.
  9. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best. I will give it a 3/10. It started strong, but when we just started getting swarmed by high HP NPCs and Commandos sniping us whenever we peeked it started to feel railroaded. If we made nay success on a front, we got punished for it by having an army spawn on us. For Turrets I do thank you for giving them to me and my fellow Engineers (One of the few GMTs that doesn't complain they will ruin their event), however towards the middle there was an incident here I requested a replacement and had someone spawn a droid on me. I do not know if this was intentional or not, but it left a bad taste in my mouth for the event. Combine that with spawning droids in the Coliseum out of NOWHERE to swarm and kill us felt like a cheap and dirty way to end an event where we were holding strong, I don't feel like there was a need to do that and a simple reminder to not stay and fight and to evac should have been done instead, as that whole incident pissed off a lot of the players. Also to touch up on one of your points to Dennis, specifically #3: If you didn't have the time for the event to drag on, I would suggest for the future to hold off and wait for a time in the week where you have the time to spare for players to participate in the event to its fullest rather than rushing its end, I feel like that would be a better experience for all parties involved. That's all I have to say. Thank you for giving us a deployment at least.
  10. Got to blow up tanks and ships with my E_WEB again, so ez 10/10 for me.
  11. 10/10 Spent the entire event hunting down and executing Bounty Hunters who thought they had rights as prisoners.
