    Goodbyes: Bye I love all of you 501st you guys have taught me so much about what it is to be a good person and how to be a great leader. I can't at this moment @ everyone but just know that if I talked to you like a brother or a friend, you were a big part of my life for these 3 months and I thank everyone of you for being there.

    - We have gotten about 3 new jet troopers alongside  2 new engineers. My plan was as I told you personally the day you brought it up to me as let my regimental lead take care of it (which he has been in the position for on 2 days before your post). He has been doing an amazing job with this and only with in a few days having it he has brought members into the battalion.

    -I don’t understand this question as every time I join the channel or get on the game I see them being led by an officer Or NCO during an event or even training. The other 40% of time there isn’t a training it is just down time and yes they are running around just talking to people and doing RP. 
    - Never have I said I was burnt out of the game along side not have necessary time for the server. I am on 3-6 hours a day working with my battalion. Those three days I was not “active” was me spending time with a friend that was going to boot camp and even then I still got on the server. As it also says in the re-application I feel as I can still give some teachings to the battalion and help it grow.

    -This is another question that I quite don’t understand stand. All the work that has been delegated has been fixed. And no work has been built up. The only thing I could see is the jet trooper and engineer branches which has been fixed. Please send me some examples if you see them but I personally don’t understand.

    How many terms you've held the position?:
    1 Term

    Why do you wish to maintain this position?:
    I want to help further grow the battalion to bigger and higher standards that have not been achieved before. I feel as if my teachings that I can give to the battalion are not quite done and there is more I could do to help refine them in all aspects of being a battalion. I also want to build the interbattalion documents and relationships more so that we can work better.

    What have you achieved within your battalion/squad during your past term?:
    What I have achieved in my last term was growing the battalion to be one of the most populated battalions as well as refine them the best I could in the amount of time given. I have also trained my men to be a formidable fighting force one the battlefield as well as, grow a very close knit brotherhood within the battalion. I furthermore remade a lot of the structural documents within the battalion and merged two feuding battalions into a new and more prosperous battalion than ever before. I also remade the battalions officer corp into a self sustainable and efficient workforce.

    What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your battalion/squad?:

    I of course will always be preaching recruitment so we can grow bigger and better. I also want to refine the battalion to look more professional as well as work on how we approach different combat and non combat situations. Furthermore I want to start building relations with all other battalions so that we can work more effectively on and off the battlefield. In addition I will work more on the roleplaying side of things so that my men immerse more into the role of being a 501st Legion Trooper. One of the biggest things that i want to work on is making the battalion feel more as a botherhood and a family. We all play games for different reasons but one reason i know is to escape reality for a bit and to do so you have to be in a fun and friendly enviroment. That is what I will try to achieve in the next term. I want us to feel as if you have a second home here so people want to get on which will cause our battalions activity to boost.

    Can’t spell to save my life

    @Dennis As writing lore for the 187th is not viable to combat that situation. I’m going to make the battalion very active and well trained and very respectful, in a sense try to make them a poster child for synergy to hopefully combat the suggestion. Hopefully doing that changes people’s mind about the 187th and therefore the suggestion doesn’t get accepted but besides that there’s not much we can do except for those things I said. I just got to keep running the battalion at it’s very best and keep looking forward, can’t dwell on stuff that’s not in my reach to change myself.

    Experience:

     Dooms Unit Battalion Commander (Icefuse), 187th Battalion Commander (Synergy), Multiple Battalions commander and RC squad leader on smaller servers.

    Why should you become a Battalion Commander?:

    I have been in this battalion for quite a long time and have seen the ups and downs of the 187th. This battalion has been a home for many people that have been in the best and worst times of their life and I don't want it to be treated different. This battalion has helped me plenty of times and treated me with the respect i have given it so it's time to pay my long awaited dues. As well as I want to place a lasting impression on this battalion to the server as its “impression” is not where I want it to be. The brotherhood, the trust, and all around comradery back to this amazing battalion. I want to bring this battalions battlefield excellence to another level and allow the 187th to use each specialty that it hold to the best and highest extent that I could possibly bring it to. I have helped this battalion with the trainings, recruitment, documentation and morality of this battalion and i can only do better in this position. I also have wanted and try to execute different battalion training that is tailored to different battalion so that we, the 187th, can become more and more connected and trusted battalions by others. I want to help to bring back a long missed and loved the feeling of an actual brotherhood among all of the battalions and a sense of respect among the people inside the battalion and not just the commanders themselves. All of this is brought by arranging trainings and deployments with all battalions and units on the base and that is what I will achieve.

    Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?:

    I want this battalion to make a stronger bonded battalion. I want to make the battalions reputation better as well as get recruitment higher. I want us to be a formidable force on the battlefield as well as a very well trained and disciplined battalion. I want the battalion to be self sufficient and be able to thrive with a strong officer corp as well i want to implement a well and efficient way of recruiting so that there is very little time that the 187th is not open for tryouts. I also want to have a battalion that works with jedi strong and efficient. I want to have the Jedi to be a recurring force in the 187th and have them be in some leading positions to cement the respect to Jedi and clones alike. As well as i want the 187th to be a respectful battalion. I also want to have a strong paratrooper corp and have all the QRF, Medevac and LAAT documents written so i can have a generalized training for the battalion alongside the server if allowed by baseops and others.

    Reason: Its taking away from the family. My loved one and me have grown to distant and i have to fix that. I got to take care of some responsible stuff.

     

    Goodbyes: I love everyone that I meet. You guys have grown so much on me and I do appreciate you guys making my time as battalion commander an amazing time. Love you all and i hope you all have a great rest of your life. Please officers of the 187th don't let the battalion die, I've left you the material to thrive take it and run, make the 187th a great battalion and give it back its legacy of a large battalion. To all the people that might hate me for what I have done with the promotions I deeply apologize, Everyone has been an amazing help and i do appreciate everyone for what they have done for me. Thank you and hopefully I will see you guys again. I just want to say good luck to dreams and Soap I know you guys will do great and will keep it alive.

    I do see where your coming from CBlake, i do feel bad for that and if we could just give them parachutes and keep their models but i dont think that would go over well
