Alright, I've spoken with Dolvek on this situation, it seems to just be a common bug at this point. This does happen rarely when The server is lagging. or You switch your saber crystals, hums, anything customization on your saber and exit and enter the creation chamber too fast. This does not seem to be anything we can personally fix as it seems to be a flaw in the King David Customization system. If this bug occurs, please provide evidence that you had the item you're claiming to have lost to myself and I will attempt to reimburse you for your item.
