Experience: I’ve been in DU for a year now and I’ve accomplished many things within that time frame. List of accomplishments:

Outside of DU I have been a Sentinel Manager and I am a current Shadow Manager.
Why should you become a battalion Commander?: I feel like I’ve been in DU long enough to know it inside and out. I’ve been on synergy for a while as well and I feel like I know it’s player base a bit even though I haven’t branched out that much onto the server. I’ve been in Dooms Unit the longest out of anyone in the battalion. I have stuck with DU through thick and thin. From being demoted down to 2ndLT then working my way all the way back up to LTC to me being permanently blacklisted. Throughout all of that I stuck with Dooms Unit because… Well to be completely honest I don’t know why. But I think that all of that shows how dedicated I am to this battalion. Most other people would have left if all that happened to them but I stuck with DU. I also have the previous BCMDs support.
Do you understand the Lore of your battalion or squad?: Dooms Unit is a detachment of the 442nd commanded by Clone Commander Doom and Twin Mikian Jedi Generals Tiplar and Tiplee. In 19 bby Dooms Unit along with the 501st were assaulting Admiral Trench in the rings surrounding Ringo Vinda. Unfortunately, CT-5385 “Tup” Gunned down Tiplar when his inhibitor chip malfunctioned and prematurely activated order 66. The whole attack lost its momentum and Tup was apprehended. They then retreated back to a captured command center to regroup.

Estimate of how long you’ve been playing on synergy: First join was in February 2019, I left then came back in September 2019. I have about 2,858 hours on the server.

Where do you want your battalion or squad to be in three months?: In 3 months I want DU to be back to where it was during Owens term. I want DU to be active again like it was 2 months ago. We took a huge dip in numbers but I think that in three months it could be back to its previous state.
Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: I understand.
Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your current Commander position?: I understand.
Future plans for DU: I have one major goal to accomplish during my term, and that's to boost overall activity within the battalion. I also want DU to branch out more with all of the other battalions on the server and set up a training calendar for joint trainings with other battalions and our SO BDE outreach, boost overall recruitment by the current officers and NCOs, keep communication with NCOs as much as possible, make a new activity strike to keep NCOs active, and finally I want to lower the amount of documentation that needs to be done by the NCOs and Officers. Within the first 30 days of my term I want to have all of the documents revised and updated as well as getting our current NCOs on and recruiting daily. Within 60 days I want to have a joint training program setup, I want activity to be decent with my officers and NCOs, and by this point I want to lower the amount of logging that's needed to be done. And within 90 days I hope to have completed everything as well as having the battalion active again.
Q N A: How are you going to boost recruitments? I think if we offered more rewards every week for the NCO/Officer that has recruited the most members we might be able to boost recruitment. I also think that if we advertise better about what exactly DU has we could get more CTs to join the battalion. How are you going to keep the communication? Well, Dooms Unit has a priority list that we’ve all kind of forgotten about. I want to keep using this priority list to communicate better with all the members of the battalion so they know what we are working on. We can’t tell them everything. How are you going to keep the battalion active? DU currently has a form where we log everything, event leads, Event participated, recruitments, etc that all goes into rank requirements on the roster. It also has an output on the Roster as well. I want to make a system where if your name isn’t on any forms in five days, the cell with your name on it turns red and you get an activity strike. Currently, activity Strikes aren’t a thing but I want to make them, and here’s how they would work: not logged on anything for 5 days they get 1/3 activity strikes, gone for another 5 days is 2/3 activity strikes, and if you aren’t logged on any forms for 15 days, you get your 3rd and final strike and you are removed from the battalion for inactivity. Of course, real-life comes first so if they need to take a break or can’t be on they can make an LOA/ROA. How are you going to act as a BCMD? I am going to act mature and professional at all times. I want to be strict but not mean. I want to be outgoing as a BCMD, Never toxic. How are you going to treat the other applicants? I am going to treat all other applicants with respect. We may be running against each other but we aren’t enemies.
