    I won't go too much into it as one reason is personal. this quick resignation is due to life suddenly throwing a couple more balls to juggle right as i got staff and was rejoining the server and since i was already handling alot before the server and was like "i think i can rejoin the server, i think i can make time and room to be active in my schedule" and while i wasn't lying to myself about that i did not anticipate life to throw me a couple more curveballs to juggle and sadly i have to make time for these more important things rather than the server. I'll still be on steam and etc and most likely available to talk most of the time the main problem is having to be on the server when i could be doing other important things that require my time. Life could change and i could make room for the server in the future but right now as is i don't see it practical. It is better for me to leave quickly rather than waste further time from my battalion and administrators by being an inconsistent member that hops on occasionally for like an hour or two before leaving, I hope you all understand.

    @Tripoli Sorry i had to leave so soon brother i hope you stick about and maybe i can hop on the server every once and while as a CT and goof off.

    It's kinda difficult to fight some heavily armed bounty hunters with only a DC-15A and hard to be a medic when most weapons got rid of the body so most medics couldn't revive. Not to mention there was a incident where one of the shock officers got killed when AFK in base and got the response "Cope" from a VA which is just asking to instigate something.

    While not exactly a game made for humor you can get alot of fun out of a browser game called "Mafia" which is the basis for the game Town Of Salem so either work but i personally recommend Mafia due to it's high customization.

    lying to your good friends and betraying trust is just fun in general and causes many funny moments. I'll add more recommendations when i think of some more.

    Why did you leave the staff team?: Was starting to feel burnout that was worsened after a certain traumatic event in my life so i left as i felt i was becoming less reliable as a Head Admin and wanted to open up the position for someone who would be more active and reliable

    Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): Overall i missed being apart of a team and having something to focus a lot of creative energy towards regularly with events and etc. I always enjoyed being helpful to the community and always liked to keep people entertained when there was downtime on base. Another thing is to give myself some busy work as i recently have been diagnosed with ADHD so being idle on base is quite the killer for me as i can become bored quite quickly so having a little job to do between events is always welcome.

    How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I feel like i preformed my role well, i often lead many trainings for SA's and overall was an open ear for anybody to call on as i usually left my channel open for any member of the community to join so they could ask for assistance/an interview whenever needed. I do admit i was getting rather sluggish at the end of my run as a head admin but keep in mind i was not being medicated or treated for any ailments i suffered during that time and i have improved greatly since then. As a GMO i think i did well but as a GM i do now in hindsight realize that i need to improve on how my events need to be ran and after running DnD campaigns and still running them i think i have many new ideas to improve upon the aspects i suffered in.

    Question: I was wondering if i still receive the benefits i had back when i resign as a head admin around 2020. Aka a free subscriber channel and etc. I am perfectly fine if "Community Legend" was wiped and the benefits revoked i'm just curious if that is still an ongoing thing or if i still apply or not as i'm considering joining staff once again.

    Comments/Concerns: If proof is needed that i was once a head admin for a good chunk of time i was given the tag by Trad and i was around when Forseen ascended to director.

    well someone threw up regionals already and gears state'd a ban appeal post is being discussed but i'm unsure if cannon is allowed too, if they allow it i'll throw up one for cannon and regional when the time comes.

    there chill people in general but are memers which can be the spooky thing about unbanning them as if we all say they're fine and they say something bad or do something bad it reflects badly on me and everyone who wanted them unbanned but i don't think they would do something like that tbh but the risk is still there.

    if they allow it i would love throwing up a forum ban appeal but a server one is still justified according to documents

    we can't just unban people on popularity and likability since we have literal video proof but synergy is under a new administration so maybe they don't care what he did

    but even if they were to be unbanned server side i don't think they would even get on synergy, well maybe cannon he liked being a jedi but regional probably wouldn't

    1. Most of the original 327th members that caused it to be toxic are now permanently banned from the community or have changed for the better (ie. Mitchell), this means that there would be new blood leading the battalion if it got added, which may help it succeed.
       
    2. Some battalions now struggle for players, adding another battalion into the mix wouldn't help. Attack is fairly strong right now and it may be nice to spread people out a little more, but we should encourage them to join the battalions on the server rather than adding another.

Due to the mass amount of negative feedback on the suggestion, if 327th did get added, it can be assumed that a) There would be nobody interested in joining or leading 327th & b) 327th wouldn't have a positive start with the image of the server not wanting it, same thing happened to 187th when they were added off the community poll of 100 players wanting to add it in (This has nowhere near as much support), everyone that wasn't in 187th resented it and the people inside of it.
       
    4. We are on Felucia and the time period is confirmed as two-weeks before Order 66, so it would make a lot of lore sense for 327th to be added, however, in terms of battalions and character jobs we don't fully follow lore 100%.
       
    5. 501st and 212th are already extremely similar battalions (excluding sub-units) and do pretty much the same job, adding 327th would be another battalion that would be in the attack regiment doing the same job as these two battalions and would cause less people to be deployed on events due to more battalions and there not being much sense for three front-line attack battalions to go on one single mission.

     

    I think if we were to re-add the battalion with a decently large basis of players wanting to be a part of the battalion, it could work. With a strong leader setting standards and setting the battalion up properly, it could be something amazing. But we don't really have that..

    Knowing how the community has worked for the last roughly 3 years, if there was large community support and players wanting the battalion added, Joah will honor it and add the battalion, however I don't see that here.

    Majority of 327th community was brought up through toxic leadership and kept the traits, drama etc.

    i saw a lot of problems within the battalion and on forums pertaining to most of the members who stuck through said battalion, and the more we bring it back it’s like we’re poking a sleeping bear.

    To defense of the 327th leadership a lot of people in the server had sticks so far up there ass it could tickle there frontal lobe, the 327th liked to have fun, same as DU but people treated the server and battalions as a strict shithole that ruined RP and fun hen I 5ink the only strict battalion should be CG. 

    And this “toxic” leadership had 3 HAs (Rocksteady, Poe and Me) who were all senior officers/former bly’s 

    1 Director (Marvel)

    1 Palpy (Korm)

    and last but not lead the leader of intelligence (Bananaberry)

     

    either synergy high command loves toxic people or they like people who don’t have sticks up there asses and hold good leadership.

     

    but this might come as a shock to y’all but minus fucking one -1

    keep us dead, we’ve been removed 3 times, K-Company had no support due to a lack of Intel support and no high staff assisting us as well as us trying to find a new reach with Hostage Rescue only to be halted by CG even though they got VIP Protection so I had to come up with a dumbass breaching system.

    and it’s not gonna be different “ThIs TiMe It WilL wOrK” it just wont, look at all the former 327th -1ing as well cause they know it won’t do shit besides maybe bring some old members back who are power hungry.

     

    focus on the struggling battalions and make them fun, be kind to each other and support one another as removing another battalion is just gonna lower the player base further.

    I mean I was a head admin and Bly and had Bipolar Disorder so the bar must not be that high for leadership. Poe was a Bly and ate a bar of deodorant on camera. Regional poured hair remover on his crotch and he was a commander. Cannon was Deviss and XO and if you met him you know he’s special. Dennis was Doom and a head admin and he’s the biggest meme people have known. Pythin was hunter and he has a peanut for a brain. 

     

    What I'm trying to say is, just he retarded but likable and you’ll get the position.

     

    and if you know anymore else who led that is a crater baby feel free to share.

    Cause it rhymes with anal. But I’m all seriousness I’m not on the server anymore but I was with naval for a long time and it’s always been a lack of good leadership and etc from what the people above me have stated.

     

    the most active I’ve probably seen it was Husky’s term with fizzik as his XO but that’s when they were just added.
