I think I can satisfy the needs of any player who transmits a staff ticket. This server is the longest I've stayed in because of its friendly community, professionalism, and engaged staff team. Whenever I address a player on anything they're doing wrong, I don't reprimand them and pull rank. Instead, I explain to them what they're doing wrong and provide reasonable solutions or alternatives without being rude. I can easily distinguish between a minge and a semi-serious player and know how to deal with them while also coming across as polite and friendly. I've been contemplating applying for staff for a couple of months, and I'd find it a fantastic opportunity to be a part of Synergy's staff team. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I'm 15 years old and have been with Synergy since 2018. My biggest accomplishment in Synergy's CWRP server was becoming a Lieutenant Colonel in the 187th under the command of BCMD Sugga. I've had my fair share of dealing with minge parties and handling disputes as a senior officer. I now serve under the command of BCMD Bacara (Qal) and CMD Blackout (Sawbone) in the 21st Nova Corps as a Special Operations ARC Trooper. I love hosting encounters and events for players and love any kind of feedback. I aspire to, one day, be part of the Game Master team on Synergy. Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: I have previous staff experience in a plethora of servers, including holding many high-staff positions such as Head Game Master, Founder's Advisor, and Co Owner.
