-1 Man i'm a SGT in the 41st currently and I don't even know who you are, and I'm a former Commander in the 104th and the entire time of both battalions I have never heard you're name except when you were blacklisted in all honesty. I know the current 41st that are here are working hard and have already worked hard to create the battalion they are today , which is legit one of the most active battalions on server. Nothing personal against you i just have no idea who you are and honestly see no need for fixing when there are people at high ranks that are much more active and are currently working their ass off for every member in the battalion. Change is good for a battalion and leaders will learn what's right and wrong just from trial and error and i think applying again for this position is honestly useless and really rude to current members that you haven't even spoken a word to, especially those at high ranks going for the position currently. And the fact you got waived as a SSG is a big yikes within the battalion and brings down everyone's morale. From reading @Razen's post you probably should have contacted someone before doing this because now it just leaves a bad image for yourself within the battalion , and if i'm going to be honest this type of stuff usually ends in members of the Officer Core leaving and the experienced NCO's along with them. Either way good luck man.

MASSIVE +1 Going back to the old days in 104th Slender had shown potential to be a leader since day One, Especially Wolfpack. We played hours and hours together and he taught me things that my BCMD at the time didn't, opening my eyes to different paths and opportunities to better the 104th as a whole. That was a weird experience for me considering I was a commander and he was barely an officer at the time. But as time went on he pulled our battalion together and made sure his task was finished and then went to help others without haste. After the move to 41st Slender quickly showed his potential the same as many other candidates, Making me proud that I helped make him the leader he is today and even convincing me to join 41st. I have been in the battalion for quite some time now and although I may not be as active as the others , I always see him actively helping troopers, leading the way , and making sure whatever needs to be done is finished accordingly. @BigZach Yeah Actually i have been talking to ratio about them getting senate guards for when i'm on C-3PO to encourage rp and add more variety in shock. Oh and i'm not very good at typing things much like scarecrow i'm more of an action person. I would love to be bcmd but both of us have the best intentions for 104th so either way I would say we are in a good spot!

Steam Name: Skunk RP Name: Wolfpack Lead Commander Comet Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:59575617 Battalion or squad you are applying for: 104th Mechanized Assault Battalion BCMD Wolffe Experience: 41st PVT-SGT: My first run in with the 41st wasn’t the greatest and leadership was at an all time low. Being heavy into roleplay, the battalion just didn’t quite match my expectation including inter battalion conflicts between high command that pushed me further from the battalion. 104th PVT-CMD: After figuring out that the 41st didn’t quite fit the type of battalion i wanted I left and was recruited to the 104th by Scarecrow. I ended up climbing the ranks including being the WO. I helped Scarecrow build the officer core we have today and here I stay at commander awaiting my next journey. Wolfpack Initiate - Lead: I joined wolfpack when I was a SGM, Starting off as an unnamed member. I then applied for Sinker when I reached WO , Then got promoted to Comet when I reached Captain. Since then I have re-worked all of wolfpack and how it interacts within the 104th and helped grow our battalion from the officer core all the way down to the enlisted and NCO’S. And in the first time out of 3 BCMD’s terms i have a full wolfpack roster with advisers and leads ready to take over when it’s my time to leave. Senator ( C-3PO): Although I have just recently got this position I attempt to remain in character for most of the time, supplying the best role play I can to the troops around base making sure they feel as close to star wars as i can physically get them. I encourage interaction with senators and troopers in any shape or form. Synergy Staff (NA - Admin): I was an Admin in the Game Helper branch for quite some time. As my health got worse i was not able to fill out an ROA so sadly got removed due to lack of activity. Soon enough i will be reapplying and joining the staff team once again. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: After being with the 104th for roughly 9 months, this battalion has grown to be more than a group on a server ,but yet friends I rely on and who rely on me to lead them in the right direction. I treat every member of this battalion with the same respect i expect from them. I don’t like saying why I should become Wolffe but rather why I would say i’m a good fit for the position. I believe that i am a capable leader and willing to make the toughest decisions to keep my battalion thriving. I am always there when troopers need help with in or out of game things and any credits i receive on server usually just go back into the enlisted parts of the battalion helping new players get stats up. I believe that my never give up, and Leadership heavy attitude would match the role of Commander Wolffe perfectly. In any scenario no matter who is around I am the one who will step up first to lead a team in even the most dire situations, even if it promises failure. I will do whatever it takes to keep my battalion the largest on the server. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: The 104th Mechanized Assault battalion otherwise known as “Plo’s bros” or “Wolfpack” was a fast response team that was ready for almost any and all situations. Lead by none other than Jedi General Plo Koon and BCMD Wolffe (CT-3636) the unit used jet packs mostly and were Plo Koon’s first option in combat. This battalion went on a number of missions including but not limited to Felucia, Aleena, Iceberg 3, and Anza , where more memorable members such as Comet , Boost, Sinker, Dash-29(CT-1129), Dash-44(CT-1044), Mortar, Tracer and Warthog. One of the “wolfpack’s” most memorable moments was the capture of Ahoska Tano. My goal for this battalion is for it to be a thriving sub community of synergy where people aren't afraid to voice their opinion and speak freely. I want people to be able to talk to me if i'm the battalion commander just the same as any other trooper. I want the battalion to keep flourishing and watch the people i helped recruit much like Moros and the rest of wolfpack reach unimaginable heights on this server. I will and do go out of my way for every trooper to make sure their success is just important if not more important then my own. This battalion has become my home and even if the old member's may not like me as much i feel as if it's because of my open ended attitude , and inability to refrain from offering my opinion on every subject good or bad. Also in regards to not just the 104th but the relationships between the 104th and other battalions, I plan even if i don't get the position to better the relationship between ALL battalions and the 104th making it a friendly environment where training's and leadership can be taught both ways to everyone on the server. Helping better the situation with negotiations, finishing the Tank and Pilot training server wide and helping finish up the regimental suggestions so that all people within the battalion feel as if they are indeed making an impact on 104th's growth. +1 but please read : Brother I've been with you since i first started SWRP, You have been my mentor and i have tried to help you with everything i could and i applied for staff literally to only help you with the battalion. You have shown me how to act and deal with anything thrown at me and although we may be very different i will always support you and stand tall right beside you. However I know how much work this can be on one guy, and i know you can handle it by far but i don't want to see a friend get burnt out. I wish you best of luck on your adventures!

Name: Skunk Who helped: Josh , Forseen ( shadowed ) , Flank Event Name: Return Of The Four Mandalorian Knights Summary of the story: Four Mandalorian's arrive on a freighter above the jedi temple. The four of them enter the temple hangar and reveal that they were once members of the Jedi order but did not agree with the republic's corruption, but yet support mandalore and remain peaceful towards the jedi order. They stated that they had Tarre Vizsla's saber and it brought them to the temple seeking knowledge of the sabers past. They handed over their sabers and were escorted to the library by 3 jedi. The mandalorian's learned information on a stronger form of the force that was lost in old mandalorian ruins. Shortly after the discovery they were told to leave and retrieve their sabers. The flew off soon after. What was the result of the event?: After entering the temple some rp happened and all was going well then Anakin Skywalker ( Elijah ) then told them had 10 seconds to leave the temple because they didnt get general + permission to enter the temple or they would be arrested, So the 4 mandalorian knights left the temple and flew off. Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event: This was a 100% role play event to test jedi role play and encourage interaction between sith and jedi. Plus it let the library be used for something besides afking and text screens.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Name: Skunk , Coil , Muzzle Who helped (If applicable): Synyster (shadowed) Event Name: Betrayed Sympathy Summary of the story: An Emergency broadcast from an Umbaran ship is picked up on republic radar. The crew of the ships then ask for help and in trade they will give information on the pirate "Hondo Ohnaka". Turns out the umbaran's intentions were not to trade ,but to distract the republic long enough to open the main hangar doors and leave bomb filled fighters and let infected inside the republic ship, along side sending a medium size attack force to kill any resistance. What was the result of the event?: The Republic allowed Umbaran entry on the ship, through multiple attempts they managed to break away to the bridge and open skygate. The "infected" were dropped and the MHB was closed but Bay 1 was still open and the umbaran assault came through there. They were stopped by the republic and only the Umbaran General remained. The infection spread and eventually a cure was released. And the General died from his helmet being smashed in the brig. Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event: The event begins as more of a role play aspect that goes on throughout the event but also has shoot em' up at the end with zombies, Umbaran troops, MED rp for medics, and EOD / ENG rp for those trained.
