Can confirm this as well with some of our old guys in the community coming back. I don't know if this is just a Helix thing or what but majority of them had no credits.

Question:
Why are there completely random props blocked from being spawned? Fridges, Lockers, Rocks, etc have been blocked recently and I know for a fact SAs/GMs used to be able to spawn them. I've been told by several people who are not HS that these were done for "toxicity" reasons and the potential to crash to the server.
Some of the base models in Garry's Mod from PHX I can fully understand. What doesn't make sense are props we have used before have been randomly blocked and the fact some of these are base HL2 models.Comments/Concerns:

Before I vote, You have repeatedly said you didn't want to have any leadership positions at all and that you were mostly back to help the GM team.
Why did that change? I know you said you were back due to college being out. How do we know your not gonna bugger off half way within your term once it starts up again? -

I know you guys get so much shit from the server, but I'm going to have to agree with Mystic.
There needs to be someone actively trying to change the perception of CG outside of CG. Many issues are going on and not many people working on said issues. I'll tell you looking outside looking in, There are a lot of complaints of not just the false arrests but some CG intentionally going after certain battalions.
I get you want the position to start doing it, but you could be actively doing it as a senior officer. Crack the wipe a little.

Tessa's shit is pretty good. Don't see why swapping to a more unknown version would help. There are also better versions of the starfighter.
Also hellfire, I don't recall but we had it and it was promptly removed for some reason.

Seen a lot of people talk about bringing it back recently. We have the pop to do it now.
Considering the toxicity and drama: A lot of the drama before was just questionable incidents that could have been avoided. Rules that should of been clarified and abuse that was noted but not acted on it. As Arizona said, You can't fully stamp out toxicity and it'll be up to people to control it.

I helped with the few times we did CTF and it was fun as fuck. Everyone had a great time. We kept up pretty damn well with everything going on. It did require more helpers than normally but nobody really had any complaints.

The 2nd quote is the worst offender. You should already be doing this as a Major. You are the person who has a vote in those becoming officers. Why do you need BCMD for this? After reading some of the comments made by your council members and masters, It's clear you don't have the same level of commitment as you did during your first few months. I have serious questions why you are even going for a second term if this is the case outside of "I need to do this". If this is the case, I highly suggest you void and let someone pick up the touch before you completely dip out due to being burnt out of the server. I'm not saying this as an insult, but as someone who has seen this example several times in the past several years with other positions.
The fact you also involved people in Jedi plans who shouldn't be involved screams a red flag at me as well.
