While those that willingly go along with you seem to do just fine there are bouts where battalions don't want to do what you ask and so you just force it upon them whether they like it or not. 41st is the absolute best example, you had an enormous fight with 41st after you just took their roster access without seemingly consulting the battalion. Which lead to Mexico having to demand access back against your best wishes, but Mexico never actually owned the document, and access still remains pretty limited still. You make huge claims about being hands off and not being a shadow BCMD, to which I agree you never truly were a shadow BCMD. But your actions speak to a desire to retain control specifically over documents in the way a BCMD would. It's really strange and completely goes against the persona you try to push about being a hands off advisor type. You do all this dictatorial roster stuff as a way to "automate" and make things better for battalions but it seems to really be expanding your singular control over all these collective battalions' things. Not sure why you alone are obsessed with protecting a battalions documents from everyone including the battalions, seems a tad controlling for someone all about being hands off as a reg.
To correct this because you clearly aren't in the know for 212th Intel as someone whom was deputy director for nearly 1.5 years:
Long before Finn even wanted to become an regimental, We started working on automating the roster to lower Intel's numbers due to so many people joining to have an excuse of "doing something". It became a problem when normally battalions have 1-2 people working on rosters and we had like 15 people doing it. This was something a past Cody wanted to change in 212th as well. I don't recall if you were still kicked out of discord when this was going on.
The problem was that people were causing issues by breaking the fucking roster. Kelso, Cabrera, Finn, and Me still have control in case something breaks. As you know, Cabrera and Kelso have been still doing backend work even after leaving the server....
I do know Finn is likely one of the most active regimentals I've seen on the server so far and one of the most outspoken ones. I'll agree with Vala that some of the shit being mentioned is stuff taken out of context.

Gotta have funding for the server plus relies on trusting people. There's already certain abuse with them to begin with. -

Couple of things:- Very few people are not VIP. There's always someone gifting it to others so this wouldn't change much if nothing at all.
- Trusting people with this on the new system will be hell by making these public. Very few minges actually put money down for VIP regardless so expect this to be abused. This is likely the main reason why this will be denied straight up by a founder.

I recall the 212th incident and you straight up coming into a training to harass someone and refusing to leave after being told to
60 days is fair punishment for thinking you can get away with being a complete dickhead to people over Teamspeak and get away with it. -

4 years isn't old if you have a custom built one and depending if you keep up with new parts.
The only thing I can think of is looking at GPU Usage / Power Usage / etc when your loading and see if it's all over the place or steady.

Honestly, CG/TG have always had that animosity for the longest time. It's differed from each Fox term on how bad it gets.
Do staff need to step in now and then? Absolutely. I've had to do it a few times and had to correct a few people. I.E CG arresting senate during a tryout for walking into BCC despite the fact they are allowed in there due to their RP. If a person just gets arrested then continues to do the same shit, then staff need to get involve and evaluate if that person needs to have a sit and staff action.
I like letting them do their jobs. Don't get me wrong.-

So despite being told not to bitch about it, I'm still gonna call this out: Isn't this like the second slap to the face you guys have done to people within 21st including Gadget without even trying to communicate? What was that old motto again that the old founders had going? Boy the fact that got removed is pure irony.
It seems like whenever a huge community change takes place, it is done so with ZERO COMMUICATION and Founders are shocked at reactions and promise a change. Which doesn't happen. I honestly believe at this point that they believe they know better than the community and don't need any input regardless.

My original ROA should of been updated, but that's 100% on me and I will admit that.
I am doing a few things at my current workplace before I leave for a dayshift job somewhere else. I have some unfinished business to take care including with dealing with my hostile boss.
I will be having a uptick of activity after this. I will likely be getting off of work around 5:00 with a very quick drive home. That's ABSOLUTELY close to our prime time.
