+1 People are not realising without a Yularen Base Ops will get worse because he is the only one that can bring new things. With a Base Ops command we can make a more active officer corps and do more things Because we don't know what the XO can offer but he can't really put Big new things into action. If we had a base ops command we could have been promised new things to improve Base Ops

My time in this battalion brought me a good start to Synergy and it gave me a good more few details of the roleplay involved. Also, I was in 104th for a while but I could not really include much rp in the battalion. When I joined the battalion they greeted me, I was advancing in ranks but then my activity started lowering. Then when I was about the rank of CPL almost SGT I passed naval tryouts which means i was more Active on there rather then my 104th. I left after that time. By that time 104th were losing activeness. Galactic Marines: This was the battalion I joined after 104th, This battalion greeted me well. Also, I wanted a battalion which involves more roleplay and respects me more I did enjoy me time in it but I thought i could do better. I had friends in this battalion and they recommended it to me. Coruscant Guards: I became a CG because i knew people in the battalion and I knew it involves more roleplay and is more fun than many other battalion, also this battalion gave me more respect as I had in any other battalion. As well, I really Enjoyed my times as a CG and was the best battalion I became in Synergy. 41st Elite corps: I became 41st because I knew people in there and I knew they were respectful. Also, I wanted bring help to the battalion and help it improve it and see what they could bring me Roleplay wise and wanted to know If i could succeed in the battalion. Base Ops: This is the most important bit for the application because it is about my Naval life. I have been maining my Base OPS fora while to see where I could get up to and I got quite far but naval made me see that there is More RP involved in naval and on the ship. Also, my time in Naval has brought me most of my Time in Synergy. I was working hard in my branch and I eventually became Engineering Manager when I started getting higher ranks I became more interested in Naval and was working my way up to Chief of Engineering. Also, I tried my best to keep engineering running while we lost our Chief of Engineering and trying to bring as much help as I could bring to the Engineering branch. When I reached the rank of commanderI thought I could help Improve Base Ops and the branches as I was given the role of branch overseer commander. I have enjoyed Base Ops all the time I have been in it. Most of my time in Base Ops I have spent as a officer. Why should you become Admiral?: I have been helping rebuild Base Ops after a few troubles it has had.. I can help it have more structure and make sure those troubles don't happen again. I will make sure that we have a reliable officer corps and make sure people enjoy their time in Base Ops. I have been doing much more for Base Ops ever since I got commander and I think I will have no limits to what I can do as Base Ops Command so I am able to make Base Ops great again, (by no limits I know there is rules but to do with shaping it.). Another one of my changed is maybe some new branches if its gets suggested as I know people may suggest about making a new branch only if its suitable. +1 Sarin is loads of things. He is kind, Great, Active, he is a leader and I think he will give base ops a boost. I have worked higher than him now below him which means he is doing great work and I think he still will if he does get the position.

Why did you leave the staff, team?: I was removed from the staff team due to not taking enough tickets which because of my time zone i couldn't do becuause there wasn't many people requesting tickets then. I would like to help players new or old in every way they need.
