@Venom/TJThanks for the question , The lack of diversity of experience within Synergy is just due to me sticking with battalions and not doing a lot staff wise. I didn't apply for staff until I properly left Icefuse reasoning of me being staff there. I applied for staff on Synergy and didn't expect anything for the most part only did it to help out, If you doubt if I was staff you can ask @SquareAs he was the one who was my staff trainer, Regarding this application sadly I am going to void it due to some real life shit going on right now , I need to help some people out, However if you want to add me go ahead and add me on steam or Discord

Why should you become a Commander?:
Why or Why not , regardless of how well known I am on the server or how long I've played a militaryRP I believe that commanders should always be open minded and prepared to lead a set of men. I feel like a commander especially one for a MRP server needs prior experiences within the Military. For me that would be Military school and active ROTC. When you can understand how the military works in real life you can better optimize that experience for in game and for all the roleplay that comes with being a soldier whether it be US , RU , or what have you. I feel one of my more qualifying attributes that can help me be a leader is the prior experiences I have had. I have rank Military factions on FiveM , Ran MARSOC on ARMA III , Ran as a Squad Leader within a Squad "Clan" , Ran as a Task Force Lead on ARMA III , and ran plenty of battalions on GMOD.

Tell us why you wish to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): Well, Being a past staff member on Synergy I have always had a strong feeling about synergy's success, and to be frank I prefer to play on a server where it is fun and new for me. Also I wish to be an Admin because I feel like I could do my part as a staff member and bring a good look to the community. Also With Previous staff experience on well multiple servers I feel like I would be a Competent and Good Choice to staff on synergy again.
