+1 his arrest was not logged so his arrest does not exist. So going off that information i vote to a reduction or waive of ban since he should have been warned.

+1. I will say what I always say. It literally takes 2 seconds to ban him again if he starts acting like a fool. Sure he isn't the most......desired type of player. Though I can name a few who used to be questionable to a extent who are playing just fine today. Never hurts to give him another try.

To be honest the reason i find it to be stupid is the title because how the main page in the forums list the topics in that window. it doesn't say where the post itself is so it ends up faking people out. Other then that I couldn't care less lol
