So after reviewing the evidence from both sides Heart and I have come to a decision and conclusion. The situation seems clear that there was no RP or OOC proof that @DemoteThire was allowed in Qals Office, Channel Admin is absolutely no proof of permission for an in-game situation. (Subchannels are given away all the time and channel admin is usually given to the subchannel "owner" friends) Heart has spoken to Ben and he has stated he had already gone to you in-game and told you to stop talking about it in OOC and to take it to PMs and only after continuing to talk about it in OOC he reiterated to you to stop talking about it in OOC and muted you, which allows you to continue to send PMs as you know.(No proof of this but unless additional evidence comes out this is the decision we came to ) He has been spoken to about his conduct on the report and to take them seriously from now on. From the video @Gret Briddlehide provided (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E2VyGpzj84k) when confronted by Shock you were extremely hostile to and were given additional chances to leave the office before the arrest was made. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had some way to prove to Shock that you were allowed to be in Qals office which was done after the fact. You could have just left the office, PM'd Qal, shown it to shock, and they would have never bothered you about it again. This report has been Denied //Locked// //Moved to denied//

So Jackson came and talked to me about this suggestion and this is what we have to say. We are not getting rid of the lake but there has been the problem of people combat cloaking/healing by jumping into it. Jackson informs me that they have already demoted and punished people that have done this within Sith and Masters have done similar actions for Jedi. Combat healing/ cloaking is definitely not allowed by the Jedi or Sith. Report this to a Jedi Master or Sith Lord.

I think it's pretty clear at this point that at no point is it clearly stated that Perri did not have ownership of the documents at the time of the ban. There is a clear difference in the dates with communication being made.(happening over a 4 day period) (Oct 1st is when doc access was revoked) 1. I am contacted saying that someone has not transferred 212th docs to the BCMD. (Intel director being removed) 2. I am then informed that access has been removed from said documents. 3. The owner of the documents has stopped responding to messages from BCMD and others. 4. Kelso is then banned for holding documents hostage 5. Striker then makes copies by screenshotting every document. Recreating documents from screenshots is alot of hard work that shouldn't even need to happen. This didn't happen in a span of hours it was days and not explanation was made to Perri or Striker to my knowledge or I was never informed the suitation had been resolved one way or the other. Kelso not once tried to reach out to me during this suitation even though he knew I had banned him. He did reach out almost a month and a half later asking me about the ban, he didn't bother explaining himself so I told him to come appeal. Again this explanation is one sided and to change the permissions on the documents like it happened takes specific actions as I understand it. I'm not against Kelso's appeal but there is a clear lack of Kelso attempting to explain himself during the situation. If he had written or attempted to communicate like he has in this appeal this would likely would have been resolved almost 3 months ago

So I am going to put these things here. The images are out of order because I am on my phone but there are changelogs of him revoking all the access and that's when I banned him and waited for him to explain it to Striker and Perri. As far as I know, the situation was never resolved because no contacted me saying he had returned the documents or explained himself to Perri and Striker. Kelsos Blacklist in 212th still stands to my knowledge because of his actions. Revoking documents/deleting them is a malicious act against the community and is a perma bannable offense.

In the old days, our workshop collections had different creators things added to them without making them one file. ex. 501st, 212th, DU were all separate downloads but now they are all one download for all models Jayarr had some of the models he created for synergy uploaded separately from our single files that he deleted when he tried to make his separate community

I hardly knew you before you got banned but I am going to say this. You did some shady shit with trying to delete the models, etc. You used an ALT account to post things on the forums passing yourself off as a different person recently while awaiting the decision on whether to allow you to appeal or not, had to ban that account and you messaged me about your appeal status and I said you had been denied the chance to appeal. You then taunted me in the 104th discord saying you were still in it (Specifically @ing me) Like I get you want to come back, but it seems you are still being extremely petty about the whole situation and still aren't really thinking things through. The other people that have appealed have kept far away from causing additional issues. If you had kept your nose clean I wouldn't have cared if you appealed or not but the one interaction I have had with you recently was negative so? -1

The only rules leaving the base are these right here Base ops still control the gateway to leave the base so they are the first to respond. If not BO online Captain+ can grant permission to leave the base (Cannot grant your own PTL) If no Captain+ online Shock can grant PTL (If you deny a PTL you must provide a reason or else your denial will be invalid) If you are constantly dying no one wants to babysit the door so you can keep running out to die so your PTLs will most likely be denied. There's no rule about a number of people only a valid rp reason

@Korm I would make another suggestion specifying all Regs to individual jobs and the load-outs for each one. (Will make the Devs team job easier)

Okay so I saw that the Senate had claimed 6 bunks for their area (LUL WUT) we have removed that area and set 2 of the bunks up as an open training room. Heart and I are building a CQC area at the end of the hall in the meantime and I requested additional CSRs for V4 of the map a while back. I'm going to move this to pending until the founders can clarify if the additional spaces are being added
