-1 Reason being I agree with what both BBstine and Maymays have said and you went up the ranks faster than jacien that says something. EDIT For those of you who don't want to watch the 25-minute video here is the summarized part of what taytay says. 0-8:00 - Tay saying snadvich has basically done nothing and that he doesn't host training when that's is an NCO's job in the battalion. Says he shouldn't have gotten LTC but if he knew that then he would'nt have taken it. Says that Snadvich basically has done nothing and he didn't care exploiting snadvichs emotions and his enormous care for the battalion. Says he gave tips when he has never been a BCMD. Says there are days he doesn't even want to get and on trying to clear his background for no reason. - All taytay.

Also shade realize I and wynter have been in this battalion for a LONG time with snad we know what he does and how he acts. We base this off of past and current experiences so don't just say he is inactive he has reasons just like my -1. As well as don't attack unless you know the big picture.

+1 I completely agree. We have given jacien more than enough time to show what he can do and we have been run through the ground. Personally I do not think that jacien is fit for Bacara anymore. Especially being ignorant and not taking the advice of a former Bacara and keller. As well as having an inactive keller/XO. But I do not think Snadvich would be fit for Bacara. Also not to mention the laziness and how long it took for him to make one GMACT which is needed to become GM. I would say for half the term so far it wasn't finished. I am in the GM and I completely support this something NEEDS to be done.

SOLId +1 I got to lead some people as cpl got to rp as event job and got to kill some clankers as my gm all around fun and 501st don't start complaining not everyone gets deployed every mission or every other.

If he really wanted to boost his rank then he would have just stayed as bacara then gone to regimental becoming gree is no different then from him becoming Bacara they are both commanders.

You can't tell someone to fix a battalion that they don't run but nice try.

-1 The time that I've been on the server I have rarely see you and when I do see you and your battalion y'all seem to always be minging maybe if I didn't see this so much I would think about it harder but since this has been an on going thing I think it's time for a new high command

+1 I've Seen him as GM and he kept it alive then and I feel like he can sort out the whole 41st inactive issue although he hasn't been recon doesn't mean he couldnt be good at the position so ill give him a chance.
