Coruscant Guard | Shock has a special place in my heart and always will. I still have room to improve this battalion and I feel at least at this time I am the best pick for the position of Commander Fox because of my experience and knowledge. What have you achieved within your battalion/squad during your past term?: During my term as Fox, I have successfully improved activity by encouraging recruitment among the NCOs and SNCOs, moving Coruscant Guard | Shock into a position in which it has become one of the most active battalions on the server. The battalion has become the most open Coruscant Guard | Shock in recent history with public arrest logs and Discord bots to help BCMDs know when a trooper has been arrested. My troopers are held at a higher standard and have been encouraged to have better relations within the battalion, keeping drama and in-fighting at a minimum. The men subordinate to me understand the standards and requirements expected of them from start to finish. As Fox, I do the best I can to keep my people informed of server changes, rules, and with the new map, all of the locations we guard. What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your battalion/squad?: Coruscant Guard | Shock is always ever-changing with new rules and now a new map. Because of this, our job is ever-changing as well, making it hard to keep track of all of the rules and also not seeming like an arrest-happy goof in the eyes of the playerbase. In order to overcome the problem with lack of knowledge, we will be using a handbook made just for Coruscant Guard | Shock that will help all troopers understand the job and how to do it effectively. I am going to steal a part from my original app: all of my troopers should be disciplined, honorable, and have integrity. I want to push this even harder this time around and to do so, I am going to rework the discipline system within the battalion by adding a Discipline Commander and Officers to deal with internal affairs in order to keep the Battalion members in line and professional at all time. @Vaas Kahn Grim It may be hard for now to find more terrain issues with us being locked in the base. Do you have a way we can contact you about the issues if we find them at a later date? Maybe some staff members can look around and find some. For now I noticed a part of the base clipping through the hill just above the main hangar. Ok how I feel is if this dies becomes a thing it will start with arguments in the middle of debrief that will then carry over to other RP/TS/OOC.
