    Summary of encounter: A Republic Cargo Drop missed the landing at Annaxes. The Republic sent a patrol out to recover it if possible but they encountered a small droid force there. It seems Warlord Onion is still alive! Somehow. They have a small skirmish with his lacky. They won. As normal. The end. *Star Wars Theme*

    Hi, Its your Chancellor. We don't talk much.

    So for the record I am not voting nor am I casting my biasness. I am just sheading some light. After the changes, you have the right to contact your Regimentals higher ups such as the Marshal or myself if you have any issues. This being abuse of power or changes to the regiment that do not benefit. So if the issue is never brought up past him then nothing can be done.

    Second note, For activity, Once again there is the Regimental Commander Form that will tell the Marshal and Myself how they are doing. This is where you can tell me without a name what he is doing wrong. Again nothing was submitted. 

    Thirdly, for time in Regimental. Yes he has not completed his term however he has been in many leadership positions that has shown is mindset. That's neither good nor bad. However I do agree that the HA position and a high position in High Command does not end well. Freck and Woeny are good examples. 

    My Two Cents. Also I was a BCMD and went to Palpy and my two Spec Reg Terms were meh.

    Reason: Honestly I can be fucked to get on. I have been down a shit storm on this server for the past two weeks. You know why if you know, however i'm not getting into it. I just need a moment to clear my mind, I will be on TS to hang out and shit, but do not bother me to do anything staff related or Palpy Related. I will ignore you or call you retarded. I might host an event between the three days to entertain but it comes from me wanting to do it for fun. If I have been toxic recently to you, I do not apologize. I'm going to spend time with my family and significant other. 

     

    Do you understand that if you go LOA on a named Jedi Character for more than two weeks, go on LOA on any RC character, or go LOA while being clone commander, you will be removed from that position: Yes

    I have no idea if I am miss informed but I am unsure about the removal of EOD trainings from the 21st. If it is the case of SOBDE jobs getting the defusal kits and 21st not, that does not mean you 100% lose the training. However I could be wrong as I was not told anything about this.

     

    Second point, There are many Battalions that only host one or zero trainings. Some battalions seem to have a depenancy on hosting trainings. Personally I feel like that is an error in how the battalion is ran but that's my opinion.

    @ScarecrowI have been summoned. My two cents, Senate is meant to be a RP job so I do not expect you to be on it 100% of the time. Most days I cant be fucked to be on palpy because all I do is cower in a corner till I can do edgy sith shit when no one is looking. 

    So my question for you @friskie. In the short time you have been in the senate, Why do you honestly think this is needed. What guarantee that this is not a waste of space of a job? I understand from a dev side it is easy to add. That's not how this is judged. Show me that the Senate is worth investing in and getting it solid in RP and I get zero complaints on Senators FailRP or doing dumb RP that makes zero sense to your characters then I will vote one it.

However we can not confirm if it is said in a Private or Public channel. It is hearsay and will not be used against him.

    RDM: For RDM, if it is not report right as it happens or at least not RAOS/AOS then it can not be used against a person. If you are rdmed and do not report it, despite being afraid of your position, then not much can be done. This is the same standard that is held under my High Command. If you AOS your Commanding Officer and he removes or punishes you then you will be protected by High Command. They can not punish you for following the rules.

    Conclusion: High Command does not see fit for the Removal of Rancor BCMD Dennis but this does not mean he is not in for punishment. HC does not agree with the statement said, However since at the time of the investigation no rule was broken. At the time the rule was that in any TS Channel with a password is considered a locked channel. Secondly, A BCMD has the right to make the rules as he see fit. This rule has been updated to move forward. However if you concerns about this ruling feel free to contact Director Plus as they can overrule my choice. I apologize for the long wait for a conclusion but I wanted to be 100% sure with an unbias opinion for this outcome.

    Personal Note:

    I do not thing what Dennis said is acceptable. However for the standard and personal principles I keep is to ensure that whatever I say or make is 100% backed by standards and rules of the server. To prevent further situations like this from happening, The rule has been edited and should be fixed in the future.

    I also would like to explain a little bit of our conversation to get to this point. During the investigation, We were going back and forth on the ruling. However Dragon pointed out the exact wording of the rules for TeamSpeak. Thus our final say. This was not an easy conversation to have as it was a fine line.

    Again, we do not agree with what he said nor do we want it said in any TeamSpeak. None of us want any form of racism or harassment of community members. That goes both ways. I also believe in Freedom of Speech. If have any genuine concern please contact me on TS or Discord(Crimson #1965). I will give you more if need but Forseen and Dragon covered it for the most part. Thank you for reading this and I do apologize for my lack lustered explanation. However I want to move on from this and I am sure both parties would like to as well. We are all friends just trying to get away from real life here, so lets not turn this to an untrusted community. Thank you.
