8/10 Search and Rescue event well done. Objectives were good to understand and target for extraction was not overwhelming. Thanks goes out to the "Cloaked Drone" (No clipped, Cloaked, and No targeted game master) as all events should be this way. I would like a blacklist created by those who don't follow orders of the lead and co lead of enemies when doing enemy event jobs.

+ 6 As an all out invasion event it was well done. Occupied enemies were both inside and outside exposed proving a more realistic approach when engaging in this type of military operation. I would love to see more event planners explaining that when they are cloaked, no clipped, and no targeted that they are surveillance drones as in lore they were everywhere during militarized operations and wars. Being able to communicate what you want as direction is good to the nature of military operations and when told to move in the group towards a destination it makes sense to tell the group when to hold and move to give more of a realistic sense of the overall operation. The four basic protocols of the clones were Attack and Defend, (Two separate groups for attack or defend) Search and Rescue, (RECON goes in to assess the situation and report all findings for special battalions to rescue with no harm to the VIP and other battalions sweep and clear routes to and from the VIP destination for extraction.) Scout and Report, ( RECON teams move stealth fully through the terrain not to be detected. Example: Spec Ops, RC, sniper surveillance. This does help in seeing the reports they give to other battalions as far as information given and how to approach the operation.) And all out Invasion. (Straight forward here as all battalions sweep and clear all areas and neutralize all targets coming into contact.) Thanks for the time to give said response to the event.

Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I have had over 6 years of experience and have played many commander positions. For this particular Commander position I have read on the extensive cannon in books from the 70's on this battalion and have extensive knowledge. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: Even more than what you can find on the internet. The specifics of this battalion was to reinforce possible conquests of planets mostly contested by political unrest throughout the Corwellian Galaxy. Their design specifics were to reinforce and hold areas currently occupied by republic forces and to keep and maintain them at all costs to any lives within the area. Necessary casualties to save the planet in conquest was to try to keep a republic controlled planet from becoming an enemy of the republic due to areas vital and important to the 7. In the readings of this particular battalion they were very skilled in brute force and became known as flying death to any area that was in need of their reinforcements. In the outer rim occupations they served to keep control of hostile areas known to carry the illegal spice trade routes however later on were recalled back when the stabilization of current occupied planets were threatened. 98 Availability: Daily on weekdays hours 5 to 7PM EST. +1 As I have worked along side him for a couple months and don't mind continuing this endeavor as he has more ACTIVE TIME SERVED then I do. I believe other battalions should follow the same rules imo.

I understand consequences to actions taken however it was not told to him about this rule even when put through the beginning training. I understand he did a dick move for spoiling a movie and it does come with consequences but in my opinion he made a mistake and if his mistake was a month ban with a perma blacklist from a battalion is a little harsh imo. It just seems the punishment doesn't fit the crime for this type of mistake as we all make them.

I have to admit the investigations of this altercation is very acute and detailed. +1

10/10 this event was small but directed well and is establishing some extra RP case scenarios needed to keep the mystery of the scenarios.

Most of the Battalions that I would serve would be under advisement of SIMs and constant meetings would be essential to maintain the integrity of them. Availability: About 5 hours per day. Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: Just started Do you have a microphone?: Yes What plans do you have for the battalion you are applying for?: My plans are to have editing access to all the battalions rosters to maintain management with them. I would also leave my channel mostly open to hearing concerns within the perspective battalions and handle them efficiently and quickly to bring them to optimal capacity. My other concentration would be not only to fulfill the position but to maintain reports to my authorities and to provide all the documentation to any wrong doing within the battalions. I will work in maintaining all attack battalions to operate with respect but to gain respect as well.

I have been with the Gmod community for a long time and have a lot of experience. #1 I have been a Super Admin (C.O.O.) with the Icefuse Universe platform when it first opened. Corv decided to scrub the project as the player counts would not go up (even though he would not take my advice) so I was moved to the clone wars server when Chilly bones had a vacation to Hawaii for a week and a half during which time I took on the responsibility of whitelisting and training all those who came aboard the ship. I basically pushed in all of this as an Elite Admin without complaining. When I dusted off my old poweredge 1800 stand alone server, I started to entertain looking into a gmod server but just to screw around with. Corv hear word of this and demoted me to Senior Mod and this is when I told him to take me off of staff and why I still have a distaste with the way it was handled. Next, I moved on to Last Bastion server and I met Church and Ripper (Owners) and over time became general of the clone armies and led them into battle. Church decided to go with my advice on the universe server platform and we started to get full player counts however, things started to minge because not most of the advice I gave apparently fell on deaf ears and thus, a change was made to a different platform due to extreme lag. Infighting began within the community as Church and Rippers relationship started to fray leaving behind a player drop and lack of commitment within the community. Next, I decided to go to the server that I started in before Icefuse was ever created FSAS with Jay as the owner. I found Jay the best Owner to talk to and really had a careless attitude towards the building of the server in which became more of a issue as time progressed on here. I was promoted to Adviser to FSAS and became Head Gamemaster here and as things started to work out the current staff that was in place started to have conflict and I knew it was only a matter of time before it all collapsed. I moved on from this community and stepped down from FSAS as I felt the position was unattainable and I legitimately felt bad for Jay and his vision. (The only mistake I have made.) I never left any community from the star wars or the dark rp servers with Ill intentions and the only reason why I am filling out an app for a commander position is to help out the new community and to help this server strive for entertainment.. I know I am currently an Admiral on another server but in my opinion the Naval is doing very well and I'm more than sure I can split time between the two.
