It doesnt matter about the time. It's literally FailRP by failing to counter roll and call for backup, if this was an isolated incident I would let it slide, but the last 3 events i've been in, I've had this happen to me.. ridiculous

I personally have been with the community since September of last year and wish to take a more active role within the community and server in order to benefit everyone! I believe that with my previous experience with staff on multiple servers over the past few years, I will learn how to become an effective member of the Synergy Staff and make sure that the community is friendly, and overall fun to be with. Another reason I am seeking to become staff is that everyone is always asking me for staff help despite me not being staff. Now I just vape the dankest clouds, go bowling with friends occasionally, and spend way too much time on GMOD. I've also spent a pretty decent amount of time working on PCs and Cars so if you have an issue with either one, I'm the guy to talk to!! I'm a decently funny guy with a bit of sarcasm so I pretty much fit right in on the server. Do you have any previous staff experience? I've been playing GMOD-RP servers for about 5 years now, over those 5 years, I've taken the roll of staff on a multiple of server in a wide range of positions from Trial Mod to Dev/Director. [Here's a list from what I can remember] Havoc DarkRP: Admin AmericanRP MilRP: Developer/Head of Staff E.N.D ZombieRP: Super Admin (and PAC3 supervisor if that counts) E.N.D DarkRP: Moderator Burst Link Networks CWRP: Admin cant remember any more specifics.

+1 Game masters were extremely adaptive in my short request to "Kill" the character of BigBoss. Overall had a blast and 9/11 would play again!

Before Bacara brought this to our attention that it needed forums approval before enforcing it in the server, I prematurely made an announcement NOT ONCE DID I MENTION CREDITS

Jailtimes are literally long enough as it is. My thought process when I first suggested this to fox was "Hey, I have an idea that might cut down on arrests, I think you'll like to hear it Fox" not "Im a greedy jew, how can I con people for credits on a server i've spent literally almost a year working to benefit *rubs hands*" dont always assume the worst

I mean, we've said its not about the money several times. I dont know why you guys find IMPOSSIBLE to comprehend that maybe we are just trying to make the community a better environment and do overall good for the server. But thats just my opinion

Forums are just a witch-hunt

What do y'all suggest to help prevent crimes? If its reasonable we could try to implement it.

I mean 90% of the forums is more toxic than Reddit/4chan so inb4 toxic hatespeech

Well if you want to be that blunt lets just take away all the gun while on ship so no one can commit any crime.

We arent trying to accomplish a money grab, we are simply trying to discourage people from committing the crime in the first place.

Id like to point out that a lot of the officers on the server have a fuckton of credits, with all of the Salaries getting upped a little within the past few updates, this makes sense in my honest opinion
