Being an administrator allows me to actively contribute to the well-being of the community and be a part of the team that helps it thrive. I enjoy being there for others, whether they're new to the community or experienced members seeking assistance. As an administrator, I believe I can make a meaningful difference by resolving conflicts, implementing new ideas, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued. Ultimately, I want to play an active role in helping Synergy reach its full potential and ensure that every member has a positive experience. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): Self-Assessment One thing I can say I am really good at is self-assessment, knowing how to analyze myself in situations and knowing how to navigate them in the future. This is one of my biggest strengths. Due to this, I’ve learned a lot about how to deal with certain situations that hit me. For example, staying calm and incisive in a situation where the person you're dealing with is a provoker. As a staff member, you have to always have the ability to self-assess any situation that comes at you and learn from it because experience comes with time. Through my staffing time, I’ve learned that you represent the entire staffing team every time you take a seat and deal with a situation. It is a matter of upholding those standards already placed and catering to the players actively trying to have fun on the server. Creating a good environment for all players. Personality & Attitude: As a staff member, I Believe you need to be very welcoming and helping. I believe I hold both these traits, I'm a welcoming person and easily approachable within the Community. I plan to stay on the right path and continue what I have started for myself. I feel that putting others before yourself and trying to see things from the player’s perspective is your job. To fully understand what is wrong and understand how to fix the problem. Another thing I would say is my strong suit is giving off a good impression to people, and as a staff member, this is very important, this is a key trait because as a staff member, you should always act professionally in front of newer players. I believe I already possess this trait. At the end of the day, you are representing the entire community. When it comes to dealing with any situations, I try to be as professional and serious as possible to give off a good first impression and show that I truly do care about the situation at hand and am willing to figure out the issues and help the individual in any way I can. At the end of the day, one person giving off a bad image toward the CWRP Server could lead to any bad impressions. Dedication & Willingness: At the end of the day, everyone joins the server to chill and have fun with other people. I remember when I first started on the server, I was pretty confused with everything, and a staff member took the time out of their day to help me understand everything so I wouldn’t mess up. I’d love to help people as a Staff member. I would do my best to help people with issues that are not staff-related, such as helping new players find what they truly want to become on the server and point them in the right direction keeping them out of trouble. I believe that helping people is one of my strong suits. Moving on to dedication, Often people describe me as a dedicated individual since when I put my mind to something I stick to it. For the longest time I've always had the mindset to never settle and always strive for something higher. I always want to improve no matter what the thing is that I am doing. How many hours of in game time do you currently have on our Clone Wars server? I currently have 130 hours on the server, I understand that I am fairly new to the server and haven’t yet experienced the server in its full glory.
