Alright look, my problem with CG is your enlisted men. The fresh CGs, they are coming up with their own rules and enforcing them as they see fit. It's ridiculous how they run up to me and tell me to stop what I am doing. It happens at least once a week. You need to be teaching your enlisted ranks how to ENFORCE rules. Not CREATE their own rules. It gets really annoying when this happens. I normally argue in protest because I don't like being told what to do when I don't have to do it. Which may sound childish in and of itself, but thats just how I am. I am a leader, I don't take orders from PVT to CPLs who are creating their own rules. Especially when they threaten to arrest me if I don't listen to them. So for the love of god, please start enforcing your Enlisted's and Fresh join'ees to ENFORCE rules not CREATE them.

Chambers, staff is and isn’t the problem. The problem is your Game Master program either needs to be wiped or recreated. None of it is your fault, although as GMC, you should be removing the people who constantly get -1 events on the forums. Also promotioning active game masters, either with credits, promotions in staff or in the GM Program. A lot of current GMs have a poor work effort and no innovation in their events. The event section is rather under utilized by the non-creative game masters who constantly do “Let us board your ship” *inserts landing codes* shoot em up events. Promote the use of Pilots, use ships with more than 100 people on the server, do it within reason. I could ramble on for miles but would rather not, you get the point that I am getting at. Shoot em ups aren’t fun when you’ve played on IFN/SRP for the last 2 years. Be innovative.

+1 you are literally restricting people who have potential from joining the staff team just because you don’t want two or three people in that 11 to 14 age bracket. I like it how open of the reasons we left icefuse was because of age restrictions of people going past a certain rank in staff, then we implement an age restriction. 10/10
