Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum):I want to join the staff team because of the experience, to help others on the server, and help myself grow as a player. I believe that being a part of the team I can gain an experience that you can not gain anywhere else on the server. I believe that being a part of the staff team is needed if you are to progress within the server as a player. I want to be able to help others on the server. When I first joined the server, I was a little lost but I had some help from staff members that made the experience easy. I want to be able to bring that same experience to some of the new players joining the server today. I want to be able to help the community grow as a whole in itself. I believe that the server has progressed a lot from the first time I started to play it. I believe that as a member of the team I can help the community grow farther to be the best it can be. I believe that I can help the staff team grow the best it can because I want to be able to bring a friendly and positive energy into the sits I take and make sure that people view the staff team as a helpful tool instead of someone on the server to avoid.

Situations objectively and make a non biased decision. My goals are to progress, lead, and learn from the team. I have gained a lot of experience, leadership, and dedication during my time playing the server. I can stay mature within the team because of my past experience. I have had the experience of being a moderator on another server, so I can use this to help me right at the start of my staff career. I have also had a lot of time being around other staff members during my time on the server. I believe that as a member of the team I can use my ability to be professional and to be a leader to the best of my ability. I as a member of the team can be able to correct my peers and my leaders. In conclusion I should be accepted for my professionalism, maturity, and experience.
