Hello my name is Skippy. I come from a community called Icefuse. I am a former supervisor (Director equivalent in this community) I have a lot of experience staffing and a was the game master manager. steam id- 76561199133694366 Age- 18 vip (n) timezone CST why I want to join. The Staff team is always something that has peaked my interest. Things that would be available to me would be things like the GameMaster team for hosting fun events for the community, Helping people with their server related questions and problems, taking tickets to help people spawn things, get whitelists, etc, and enforcing the rules of the server. When I first got Gmod, I thought nothing of the roleplay servers at all and focused on singleplayer, then I decided, why not, and tried out a Clone Wars RP server, It wasn't bad, (This server wasn't Icefuse) people were pretty serious and events weren’t often. Then a friend of mine that plays on Icefuse recommended the Icefuse Clone Wars RP server. I tried it out and instantly I was hooked. The great community, Joining a battalion, participating in events, participating and hosting trainings, creating PassiveRPs in the down time in between events, etc. So the possibility of being staff on Icefuse and being able to help everyone even more would be something that I would enjoy doing. I plan on helping the staff team by being creative and working together with everyone else on the team. I plan on helping the community by being friendly with other players, joining staff divisions such as GameMaster to help the community have fun in events, and gaining a good reputation for the server and the staff team. I’ve heard, seen, and experienced almost only positive things about the staff team and being a part of it would be something that would be fun and give me a great experience. Why I should be accepted I think that some of my best qualities are being creative, dedicated, and a good team player. I think these traits help everyone have a better experience and enjoy the server more with my creativity with helping out in events as a GM(A), My dedication to helping everyone in need, and being a good team player to work together with other members of the staff team. I can use these traits to work together with other staff instead of taking charge of a situation without anyone's input /not letting anyone contribute ideas other than mine. I think my creativity will help me solve problems in new ways. I also feel my dedication can help me solve problems and stay active and online, and dedicated to helping everyone in the community. I have used and received my dedication trait by playing football for eight years of my life, My creativity by solving all the problems I come by in innovative ways along with looking at situations in a different, creative point of view. I have used my Team player skills in a bunch of different ways such as working together with my football team or classmates to working together with my battalion on the server. I feel like my dedication to the staff team would be very strong because I am very active on the server already and channeling that dedication to helping and working with the staff team would be beneficial to the staff team, the server, and me. I feel like I have a strong dedication to the community because I work hard to recruit and train for my battalion and training CRs (Note: Yes, right now I just joined the trainer team recently but I was on it in the past and just recently rejoined.) to one day make it higher in the server. If I join staff, I feel like my dedication would even grow stronger by being able to provide the community with everything I can do as a staff member.
