I also find myself wanting to help others and a way i could help people on the server is by being admin. I would really like to be apart of this community and i feel the next way to get to know more people is to be an admin. I can help be creative and make my own events and i could get myself out there and meet more community members. I havent been on the server for a super long time like some people but i log a lot of hours in the small amount of time ive played. I dont have any view of quitting playing anytime soon ive been really enjoying myself and it would be really fun to be able to more for the community. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am a highschool junior and i really enjoy playing games and talking to people. I enjoy meeting and talking to people and the way i do that is through the community really enjoy everyone here. +1 although he's not currently in a mech battalion, I've seen him putting in a lot of effort to get to know everyone (including myself) and really explain his plans. Good guy overall and great attitude

Moose is a wonderful, never had a negative experience with him or any thing he has hosted. Mech needs a RCMD and ts about time we got one, and a good looking one at that. Easy +1

Moose CR trained me bringing me into Synergy, and while he explained the rules to me well, his love for the community is what encouraged me to give Synergy a try. He works very hard for the server and I know if he is given this position he will be a capable leader. +1

+1 As a member of 104TH and a former member of SOBDE, I approve of Moose taking the lead in the mechanized regiment. Moose has been a long-living contributing member of the synergy community and has been an invaluable asset to the core trooper experience. Moose has always led by example and has rallied the respect of others by being accountable for his actions as a leader. He has never asked any less or more from his troopers than he would expect from himself. Moose has shown great passion in taking the position by talking to multiple troopers throughout the mechanized regiments and their leaders alike. While talking to Moose, he has shown great interest in learning mechanized tactics and how to employ each mechanized battalion effectively during combat. As someone with real-life mechanized military experience, Moose will make a fine commander, and with the proper advisors, he will rise above the expectations set by previous commanders and become cemented as one of the best regimental commanders this server has ever seen.

This has no RP it is more of an encounter if it had a story then it would be an event I would rework this document

I would just like to comment on the Main Server event doc, it more feels like an encounter just due to a lack of roleplay for the troopers. I love the event server doc clear effort, very organized, and looks like a great deployment. +1 if you are able to add just a couple of roleplay elements to your doc!
