This is sooooo cringe bro you guys were so unhappy that a guy you don't love didn't get denied at the application stage that you banded together to make a post and show off how tough you and your posse is The nature of this post is in no way the way you are trying to show it to be. This isn't a rule clarification genuine post where you are genuinely curious on the criteria for clarification purposes this is a "Why didn't Bana get denied" post where you express your frustration that things aren't going your way and search for a rule that can be counted as broken so that it does go your way. While the waive rules being broken are fair to call out, to be completly honest with you its 100% nitpicking. You hunted down any possible rule he could've broken then launched it onto with a snide and cheeky grin on your face as a gotcha moment. Personally speaking, I feel as though his qualifications and past experience proving that he is more than capable of the duties entailed by a BCMD should negate the need for him to be a WO or higher as it is realistic to assume that he'd be experienced with duties that are expected of a WO or higher but I digress. You found that rule so you could try and get him and for no other reason. This guy gets it. Conrad you are probably one of the people who has benefited from favoritism the most and its crazy to be calling it out.
