Management is obtainable via a promotion from Director. It is not a position we hand out lightly or is guaranteed. Asking for such a position just so you can take revenge will get you no where.

Management is not an applicable position. It is the position above Director, and the only way to get management is to first become director. Or at least, that's how I understand it.
