And for me as well it was sudden and unexpected. I was community banned for something I said which honestly I dont remeber too well what happend since its been so long. I said something while drunk and it was unacceptable and It was bad, but I do think it was a bit of an over reaction from staff. i miss the people from this community and Id like the opportunity to be heard out/understand what my ban was exactly for. My goal isnt to be a ginormous apart of the community, but instead to clear my good name. I have significantly grown since then and am now a completely different person. I remember your situation very clearly. The hammer was dropped hard and fast after hearing what was said. Your drunk comment was actually extremely graphic and detailed to the wrong age audience. Not good. I’d rather the staff team react harshly and over the top to conduct like this than be lax -1

Thank you for everyone's responses, whether it's negative or positive feedback. I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to give some feedback on the appeal. Without responding to everything that was said, I'll answer a few things that I believe I need to say. I understand everyone's responses about Synergy being a safe space for everyone of all ages, I completely understand all of that. For light, I'll share some context on what happened a bit more. How this all started was it was past midnight, and I was playing counter-strike 2, in which I had received money for some cases, and a knife, and proceeded to went further and more explict images were shown for more money, while I don't remember the exact things that happened during while on teamspeak, i remember a okay amount. I was completely unaware that it would cause problems, as there was a member of High Staff in the teamspeak, overlistening and talking, and I didn't know it would be a problem at the time. This went on for about 2 weeks? Maybe a week, in which I was later pulled one night to stop what I was doing, otherwise I'd receive a temporary ban, I had listened, I'd stopped, and hadn't continued any more for that night. The next day I was later informed I'd receive a blacklist in which I can appeal for 6 months. I understand now that Synergy is a safe space, and doing that within private to ANYONE in the community was unacceptable, and I have learned after the 6 months have passed and hearing responses from everyone over these 6 months. I thank everyone again, and I apologize for my actions I have caused. Have a lovely rest of your weekend.

It was a singular server; it was after countless messages, after being asked due to calling someone out as a joke in the beginning who bought NSFW images in synergy, politely declining, I was under the influence when it occurred. It shouldn't have happened, I did it a few times over a few days, but I felt guilty due to Gender Dysphoria, and have already said and told myself I wasn't going to do that again. That's in no excuse to me doing it, and not a valid argument, but again, the person was 18+, in a community that had worse being put in every day with slurs. It was an unacceptable thing for me to do there. Here is the message I had sent to a close friend after the situation. I was disgusted, as before this, only around 4 people who were in which close and buddies of mine and unrelated to Garry's Mod or even Arma 3. I'm unsure as to who I sent it to after my ban? I have a list of everyone who has ever received it, and I don't believe I am missing anyone. I know, i cannot change what I did, it was gross and unacceptable. In which I apologize. I cannot change what happened in synergy, however, I'm aware after months, what I did in synergy was unacceptable I'm gonna hold off on sending any more after this, as It's going to be back and foward messages, I cannot change anyone's opinion, as they are all extremely valid complaints. I just wish for another chance to come back, and enjoy this server.

That is cool and all, but he was requested to be a SUP and was given that kit. If you want that to change, you will have to make a server suggestion with permission from your battalion's leadership, once server suggestions open. The spawn issue should be fixed soon, or is already fixed (if Woeny did it), so I will mark this as resolved.
