Sounds like a flaw in the staff system not this suggestion +1 honestly this sounds like a good idea. Cuts down on annoying wait times and means NCOs can act more independently. I think SFC is a good rank cause would a minge really stick around for like 2 weeks just to add a bunch of people to a battalion? RDMing and screaming the n-word are already 99% of minge cases, I doubt they'd even know about this power in the first place1 point

To make them feel like a squad bonding over their weapons of course kidding realistically a squad would share similar kits weapon wise a little standard weapon to expect to get being in Improcco would be better than just DC-15A/S ignoring their respective regiment weapons like Gett with ARC weapons and Nye with SUP weapons1 point
