+1 people who haven't used this tool, it's literally useless for the purpose it's meant to serve. You throw a hologram down an active battlefield and dies instantly. It's supposed to draw fire, but the amount of health doesn't accomplish that.

+1 its basicaly unused. This will make it more appealing to the handful of whitelists that we have green lit for the tool to be added to as well. So its not just a buff for us!

+1 Change in sniper is deserved I always see them running around doing med work, so perhaps with change in sniper I'll get to see their marksman skills in use.

like +1/+2 dmg buff would be good enough cuz the dc-17 just kinda sucks rn
