Positive: - Makes DEFCON 4 less vague - Allows Base Ops to keep the base prepared without fully disrupting Trainings and stuff - People treat DEFCON 4 like old DEFCON 5 and don't actually clear the base - Lots of troops don't listen to BO but will listen to DEFCON so grants more control Negatives: - People camp outside DB - More DEFCONs to move through, prolonging events - Tad underused - Could be needless as You can give a command along side DEFCON I'm neutral because either way Base Ops will get yelled at

+1 but make it so they can only rp in the village and a small perimeter around it. Keep them isolated to that area.

again two times both times Fox applications literally just a miscommunication between directors on who was sending it out with finals around the corner for me, marvel planning on resigning, and me working diligently on bounty hunter docs we made a mistake. With blitz applications we asked if they would like the public sixta did not so we did not feel that releasing both reasons would be far to the other applicant. Also I would like to address something cannon it seems that if we as directors don't do something perfect you seem to hop on the train to try to direct hate towards us.
