Implementation: We believe Moss deserves an upgrade to an HVO kit. The current kit he has isn’t that strong and giving him a proper HVO loadout would make him much more effective and enjoyable to play. This change could really bring out his potential and add more variety to gameplay. We understand it will take up one of are HVO slots.
