Question: Where NPC's Buffed?

Comments/Concerns: People have been saying that NPC's where buffed. Just curious if that happened because nothing is in the change log. If so, how?

NPCs were not touched at all in the update. Only thing I can think of was during the post update deployment, the GM was using some DRG droids which are more advanced then the normal NPCs.
