GAR forces engaged every Sith Lord in the Galaxy, taking them out, or turning them to the side of the Republic. Upon opening the Vault, clone inhibitor chips were interrupted, causing them to disobey Order 66. When Darth Sidious arrived, the entire Republic turned against him.
