Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): A Friendly Traveling Merchant came to Onderon Base to sell his wares and goods. He was met with hostility and thievery by the GAR. He decided to pack up his shop and leave after tragically crashing. Steve, a member of a militia of criminals came back to the base to talk to the merchant to reimburse him, after finding out the republic had let him into the base and the Merchant had died he wanted the Republic wanted them to reimburse him for his goods that we're not efficient. After Steve had no progress with the Republic he came back with his militia to exact his revenge.
