Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: im a great candidate, i can make battalion better, my plans are too get trainings in order
How will I get trainings in order? First I will make sure all SGT's who get SGT Trained are AV7 and Tech Trained, then in the sgt training they will learn how to train those. it will then be apart of their quota
to know how to do those trainings. I will then monitor our officer core and clean it up based on activity and skill!!! I will make promotions harder to get until we get a better officer and NCO core, and will be doings many many joint trainings!
