Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Maul Infiltrated the Jedi Temple and whas on a mission to steal a Jedi Holocron, he succeeded with his group of Shadow Collective. They escaped from Tython to Umbara and regrouped with a Shadow Collective Battalion. The Republic Fleet spotted his Transport head to Umbara and Reported it to Anaxes Base. In no time a task force of clone and Jedi came knocking at Maul's door and they captured him and took him to the Jedi Temple for questioning and whas decided by the force to be executed.
