Adding these props the the allowed spawnlist

Suggestion: Adding the following props to the "whitelisted" props

models/props_combine/combine_train02a.mdl
models/props_combine/combine_train02b.mdl
models/props_combine/CombineTrain01a.mdl

Implementation: Adding them to the whitelist. They are not actual vehicles or act as ragdolls. Just props, highly versatile for any build; buildings, ships, and even bases.

Workshop content if applicable: Requires whitelisting of the prop

Other: Left out the jobs part as it is not relevant to the suggestions

Most props that aren’t whitelisted have a reason. @Jadusually knows or can tell you.

We don't use a traditional whitelist system anymore, so these should already be whitelisted. I'll look into why these are not allowed to spawn in if @Mavelle +1's this.

These are usable on the event server and I've never come across any issues with them. I imagine they were originally blacklisted just because... idk, combine? I don't know- but they're some really nice props. +1
