Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): The Event was about a Base on Umbara that was once secured by the Republic and being stationed featuring the 501st. Soon after a series of events happened to this base, first the CIS had attacked the base encouraging the Republic to fall back all forces and then the Umbarans helped secure the base. Soon after a not very well known Spice Cartel came in recking the base and taking over it. They soon after had a hostage all the way from the 501st. The Republic was tasked with taking back over the base. The Drug Cartel had lost it's leadership and started a reckless attack on Anaxes after gathering intel form command there was a Republic base on that planet.

Pretty basic. Negotiations weren't good however, I believe this to have been an issue with the EJ themself not understanding things. Also the RC who just immediately started negotiations and just said give him or die.
