Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Officer Rodgers, infamous beat cop had tracked down the tricksy Timmy Two-Time and his band of miscreants to bring them to justice. He employed the help of the Republic to track them down and being them to justice. But it turned out that Timmy was not the top dog. The boss was in fact Crimelord Crow. A wicked smart bird with an eye for murder and a wing for invention.
