What's a better CPU?

Ok so before I ask I just want you to know that I have very little knowledge about computer hardware. I am going to be buying a new laptop with custom parts and need to know which CPU is better overall or really whatever the major differences are. The laptop is gonna be for engineering stuff and maybe a little bit of gaming.

So first we have: 

Intel Core i7-10510U Processor (1.80GHz, up to 4.90GHz with Turbo Boost, 4 Cores, 8MB Cache)

and then I have:

Intel Core i7-10610U vPro Processor (1.80GHz, up to 4.90GHz with Turbo Boost, 4 Cores, 8MB Cache)

 

They look pretty similar to me and I tried looking up the difference but didn't get much info.

From what I understand not much, same integrated graphics, ram support and so on. 

I am not sure what vpro is so if you want to look it up go ahead

@Keo the i7 is if your planing on doing heavy workloads the other is like for basic stuff and vpro mean gpu memory allocation
