Banned By: (I think it was someone named john. I can't find a signature in the ban message)
Why should we unban you/shorten the ban period?: The ban was for my 5th arrest, although before my 5th arrest I was genuinely trying to roleplay. I was arrested for not changing my name from REDACTED, which I was trying to roleplay with. I was not warned I would be arrested for it, however.
Evidence to support your claims: I talked to a Head-admin and Admin about this, and agreed to an unban. However, my name and steam ID is not on the banlist. I was suggested I should make a ban appeal to help with this.

Fairly certain this ban was from ban was from @ Joah since 1 week bans are kinda his specialty when he’s on the server.

The decision would be up to him to revert if he so chooses.

Little bit of Lore for ya! Clone Troopers had Nicknames among Close Friends, and people they trusted, and, throughout the Clone Wars this became more and more Open knowledgee. This was Encouraged by the Jedi, Particularly Shaak Tii, someone known for not only being a great Advisor on Kamino, but for being a lot more Empathetic than most people realize. If you want to Roleplay involving Names and Nicknames, then, feel free! Being In character as a trooper, and staying diverse is a hard task, and by it's very nature, is somewhat Failrp. 

But, changing your Ingame Name looks Sketchy too CG, and in general. This Server has a Bail Mechanic, because the Arrest times are very, very, very long. Because of this, the Possibility of Bail is important, but Repeat offenders, are sadly not uncommon. Changing your name is looked at, as a way to Evade being labeled as such, and, while the Culprit sits in Jail, the CG has to fill out the Record. Changing your name only makes this more Difficult, and, while I understand where you're coming from,  if you want to be apart of a Community, it's important to follow that Communities Conduct and Standards. The Only people that the Rules don't get affected equally for, is the people who made them, and have control over them. 

Warnings are a touchy subject, you could be given ten warnings but not hear a single one, while to the person giving the Warnings, you've heard every single one of them. If you don't want to get Banned again, learn from this, try to balance OOC with IC, and, be more understanding with CG. While your appeal might come after your Ban is finished, I do wish the best for you! I think you're showing signs of Improvement, and, I think you'd be given better results if you had a mindset of Improvement and learning from Mistakes, rather than Innocence and being wronged.

     If you were truly being genuine and trying to RP I don't believe you would have gotten arrested 4 times prior. However, you could be new to RP and got interested in it despite the arrests and want to give it a proper go. A week isn't long but losing a potential new community member due to a loss of interest during that week of absence is also not good. So I will give this a +1 and hope you are willing to learn from your mistakes and partake in the RP.
