Battalion or squad you are applying for:

Bad Batch Hunter

Experience:

501st XO (For a short period)
I was given the rank of XO in the 501st by Omalic (rex at the time) because of my commitment and dedication to the battalion. I was taking every role i could so i could see the battalion i knew and loved grow and recover during this its time of struggle. This period was sadly cut short because of issues with my computer and a cup of tea, i would have continued to lead and maybe gone for rex if that issue hadn't occured

501st Warrant Officer Appo

I was given the option of being WO Appo earlier last year when i was transitioning from SNCO to Officer. I took the role with pride and made sure i was an example of what an Officer should be. I would always own up to any mistake i made as Appo and never tried to trow the blame on to others. I thoroughly enjoyed this time and was heart broken when my term was over. I was glad i was able to move on and continue into the role of  a captain of the 501st.

501st Regimental Lead

During the time i was an officer in the 501st, Omalic had a lot on his plate. He was pretty much running the battalion by himself. At the time i was just the ARCL but Omalic saw potential in me and started giving me roles that he saw fit (Advanced Recon Lead and others I'll name later). Eventually he asked me if i was up for the role as Regimental Lead, meaning i was in charge of all the different regiments in our battalion. I said yes and took the role. At first it was a bit hard because of the speed i was climbing the ranks but i eventually adapted and became a solid Reg Lead.

501st Captain-Commander
After my Term had ended as Appo i was awarded the rank of Captain. This meant that i had done well in my role. i wasn't  captain for that long, i was promoted to Major as soon as my cool down was over. I spent most of my time in major because of the structure of the battalion at that point. Once the battalion started to hurt and Omalic needed help i  started to help with what ever i could. i would go to BCMD meetings if Omalic couldn't and i would take roles that needed to be filled. After my time as Major i moved up the rest of the Officer ranks quickly. I was Commander now and taking on a lot of roles at once. i never gave up or tried to find lazy solutions to any problems i faced in my time as 501st Officer ranks.
501st ARC Lead

ARC Lead was my first leadership role in the 501st (not counting my week as JTL from a year ago). When i became ARCL i made sure i was an example to my ARCs and other troopers. I lead strictly but also allowed fun.  I hated when people would lead and make sure there was no fun involved. I always made sure that the fun wasn't mingy but within RP and the rules. I made sure that my troopers were up to the ARC standards and respecting others. I held this Positions multiple times in my time in the 501st and i enjoyed it very much.

Foxtrot TECH Codex

Oh god this was my favorite part of my time on the server. I had a blast as Codex and always loved the way SOBDE was. Now i will admit i wasnt the best example at the time, but i did understand how SOBDE worked and how much fun it is to be apart of it. I was a solid RP'er and overall interesting player. I had fun with the role and always wanted to push the boundaries of the cliches of TECH RP and normal RP. I would do this by implementing fun elements in my RP like if i failed too many rolls on hacking into a terminal i would pop the back off and do some rewiring and welding. In regular RP i loved to build the character "Codex" by creating lore based on past events.  I think that my time as Codex really helped me understand how SOBDE works and how squads can be.

Bad Batch Tech

Now i know i have only been Tech for literally a week, but i have gotten close to the other members of SOBDE and what Bad Batch is.

Why should you become a Battalion Commander?:

When i am apart of a Battalion/squad i love i strive to improve it and make it the best it can be. I am dedicated to my battalion/squad and never intend to leave it. As you can see i was with the 501st for the majority of my time and Ive seen many BCMDs and Ive always wanted to be in that position. Ive always told myself i couldn't though, but now i am going to take a step and at least try for one.

I’m not gonna say anything, but what I will say is did you ask everyone? Usually before you put an app up then you ask everyone to get an idea. If you didn’t I suggest doing so, but it’s your call. I think that everyone in my squad before I resigned is ready for the task, but I agree with what others said. I think you should wait and get more experience. The experience gives you something to apply. A squad isn’t a battalion. It’s a tight nit group. You gotta be able to understand that, before doing something like this. For that I can’t neutral, so I’m just gonna leave these comments here.
