Summary of the story: Jarrik sent a bunch of infected people and creatures as a test to the main base on endor to see how they would hold up against clones but found out they are resilient. Jarrik however was surprised and crashed. Plo Koon eventually killed jarrik in a battle to the death.

What was the result of the event?: clones killed all the infected and plo koon killed jarrik.
