Event Name: A Curse Unknown

Summary of the story: An Unknown Growth of bio-mass came upon the fate of alpha, however troopers stumbled upon a weird growth. HHowever once they had entered and cleared the monsterous growths they stumbled upon an ancient text, and once they had read the ancient text, a curse fell upon the weak willed, civilians with a disgusting internal monster living within. They were pleading for death however the republic now had a choice to pick off these monsters one by one. What were they going to do? 

What was the result of the event?: Entirely player choice driven bny the players, result ended up some being cured. Some dying. 

Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event: Roleplaying the majority, however ended in shooting.
