Is there a way that I can move the placement of items around? Can a feature to customize the gun placements and order in your menu area be added? Is this a dumb question? Link to comment

So, technically no because weapons are not client-side and have definitive values and are server side. Even if a script could be made to do this, it would be highly intensive and detrimental to FPS.
