Dolan Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 Name: BaseOps 2ndLT Dolan Suggestion: The addition of an Acclamator Prop or Another small sized ship that would give baseops something more to do. We've played on a kamino map in the previous month or so and there was an acclamator on the map. Having that acclamator allowed baseops to join in with the event and it was honestly amazing. Adding an acclamator to the map would give baseops more of an appeal and honestly could potentially save baseops. Implementation: Would be as simple as Perma Propping the acclamator above the base of maybe just behind base as if its overwatching the base for the republic army. Lore: In Lore they don't tend to stick around over a base all too often but for enhancing roleplay it doesn't interfere. Workshop content if applicable: Currently unsure of the workshop content but I've spoken to some admins that know of a Prop that could be added for this purpose.

Cutlaw Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 Hwell, I like that idea, because it gives the peeps more things to do in RP, you can do like scheduled battalion stays on the ship and in a need of evac or smth go to base or the other way, you can dispatch ships and control the aispace, it gives out many capabilities, which I like. My honest opinion of the base ops is that they are just stationary and do nothing but to answer and do trainings, and we got a new sith temple, why not get an acclamator +1 ( my opinion ) 😆

If you are trying to get Base Ops to do more this is not it chief. You mentioned the ship on Kamino but also failed to realize that was an entire working ships with 10’s of controls and multiple stories of equipment. If it’s a prop you won’t be able to go inside besides a small area in the hanger. We need an actual ship if you want this to work out.
