Changes to the Staff Team and Game Master Program

Hello Community!

So there's been a few big changes in the staff team that are hopefully going to make a big positive impact on your experience on the server!

First one is going to be a mandatory dupe pack!
What  we mean by this that SA+ now have a pack of dupes ranging from SIMs for you to request to tryout dupes for Jedi/Clones/Naval
If you see a senior admin on you are basically guaranteed to find a dupe for one of the 3 main spaces on the ship.

The second is GH helpers are now able to host their own events in teams!
These are going to range more towards passive-rp and some unorthodox events using what resources they have.

Here are the requirements.

In order to host an event as a Game Helper, the following criteria need to be met.
There must be at least 3 Game Helper+ working together.
Make a solid plan before you begin, and before you call for Event Jobs
Game Helpers may only host events on the Main Server, they can not do deployments to the Event Server.
The collective group of Game Helpers hosting the event take full credit for the actions that transpire throughout the event, whether good or bad.
Show us your creativity! This is an amazing opportunity to show that you’re capable and willing to host events.
You must fill out an AAR on the forums using the template as well as filling out the google form so that stats are tracked.

 

Now as the community the biggest contribution you can make to making BETTER EVENTS you need to give feedback on the events being done so people can improve the quality!
You are their greatest source of feedback and if they don't know what they are doing good or wrong they won't be able to improve the events!
This is doubly true for these GH's that are going to be learning how to be great game masters together!
